   I called in today as I needed a new harness for my frenchie, and I wasn’t too sure on sizing. Conor was very attentive and knowledgeable about which harnesses and size would be best for my dog, and even helped me with trying different ones out (with lots of treats included of course) to ensure we bought the most suitable one for her. We went away very happy customers, and with a few extra bits too! Thanks for all of your help Conor! :)

   Well Done Connor. Absolutely brilliant customer service from a young man called Connor. Customer service above and beyond helped to put pets at home app on my phone. Nothing was too much trouble. Customer service as it used to be. Pets at Home should be proud to have such an excellent member of the team.

   My appointment at the groom room was not cancelled prior to me attending and when I turned up it was closed. I appreciate you cannot account for staff sickness however, you should inform your staff to obtain telephone numbers for all bookings for times like these. The female manager on duty was unhelpful and quite frankly couldn’t have cared less that I made the journey with an anxious dog for nothing. As a business owner myself I am really disappointed in the handling of this and how your manager dealt with this. Poor show pets at home.

   Offered feedback to staff member, whole section was not priced, half items missing or broken. Chaos. Received a grunt. Also found prices high for many items. We’re talking cheaper in the supermarket. Last visit.

   It's a pets at home. What more can be said? Smaller than some I've been in but a full range of products and services. The staff in here set it a little apart though. They are by far the chattiest and friendliest of the stores I've been in. Really happy to help and go the extra mile and even a short conversation with them makes you realise the are proper animal lovers with a lot of experience both in the shop and with their own pets and animals.
