The staff are incredibly knowledgeable and gave me some great advice for my teething pup. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly — my dog felt right at home and now gets excited every time we go, mostly for the treats, of course! Highly recommend for any pet owner!!! I also love that they support charities too which alot of the big brand shops don't do!”

The lady at Dexter's was so helpful, explaining that the food we were providing was not satisfying enough. We tried the recommended food and the difference has been amazing. The level of care and compassion shown to this little hamster by the staff at Pets at Home was lovely to see, and little Buddy is a credit to those staff members' hard work.
