“I have used Izzy for 6 weeks while I recovered from surgery . I used to see Izzy on my normal dog walks and saw her with the dogs she walked. I could see how the dogs she walked reacted to her and the care she took with them, so when I needed help after surgery I asked her if she could help. After a difficult time initially with one of my dogs who wouldn’t go in her car , all 3 really looked foreward to there walks and sat at the window looking for her. She was very reliable and very careing towards my dogs. My 3 are not easy, all have little issues and are old , she fitted in with them, accommodating there needs and was so patient with them. I don’t think I could have chosen anyone better . Thanks Izzy”

“I would like to thank Dexter's for advice - we have a young rescue cat who has been hungry all the time, even straight after food, waking up very early. The lady at Dexter's was so helpful, explaining that the food we were providing was not satisfying enough. We tried the recommended food and the difference has been amazing. She is more relaxed, playful and not demanding food all the time. She sleeps all night which is a huge bonus. Please visit for food, toys and advice.”

“Really nice guys and owners, especially the ones working at the back in the meat section. We were new to the area and came across their shop by chance. When we went in to ask them about their meat, they were kind enough to give us a free box of marinated chicken for stir fry. We’ve just cooked it now, and it was the best chicken stir fry we’ve ever had. Miles better than what you would get at a takeaway. Ingredients and spices were all fresh, none of the pre-packaged sauces or spices. More than happy to come back and buy our meat from here and definitely try other stuff too.”

“It is well located as it's close to the airport and motorway network around it. The parking facility is free and also the wifi. This is a saving of at least £10 compared to other similar chain of hotels. The room was of that of a 4* or at a stretch even a 5* standard. Very calm, restful place with a restaurant. I would recommend it without any hesitation.”

As a corporate, I've stayed in many hotels and I can honestly say that the village cheadle is the best in terms of service, attentiveness / friendliness of staff, food quality is top quality, gym and spa facilities excellent. Im a member of David Lloyd and I can tell you the quality of the gym and spa at the village cheadle is on a par to DL at a fraction of the price. Village cheadle is 3* hotel but in my opinion it far surpasses the other 4* hotels in the vicinity”

“I would recommend this Hotel for your dogs without any hesitation. I booked them in twice last year and have booked them in for next year. They loved it and I felt so at ease when I received regular pictures of them running round the garden having fun and even lounging stretched out on the couch in the evening xx Josie loves them all like they are her own xx”

“I brought my dog Daisy here for the first time & just wow!!! Everyone so friendly! Every time she’s been elsewhere I’ve not been happy with her groom as she’s a bichon, so I was nervous but when I saw her I nearly cried with happiness! I’ve never seen her with a cut this PERFECT!! She looks like a totally different dog! We are all in love with the way she’s been groomed! She was incredibly clean & smelt absolutely gorgeous! This is where we are here to stay for the future! “From an initial telephone call to Gemma enquiring about a suitable gas oven I was emailed promptly with photos and prices of a selection available. Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. Oven arrived today,the gas fitter Gary was brilliant, taking his time to explain everything clearly to me. Work completed to my entire satisfaction, and I would strongly recommend Village Domestics to potential customers, you won't be disappointed!”

“Our pug was urgently treated at Woodcroft for an ulcer on his cornea. The care from the staff was fantastic from the reception team, the nurses and the brilliant surgeon Alistair. Hopefully we are at the end of the treatment but I cannot recommend highly enough, every one at the hospital, pets are truly part of the family and watching what our Reggie has gone through is distressing, without Woodcroft it could have been so much worse.
