Thank you to all at scorahs for their help and advice over last few months of moving here. It’s a busy chemist but they always try to help..a lot more helpful than my previous place.
4 times in a row I've been given the wrong medication & when I've highlighted this to them I'm looked at as though I'm a nuisance & just ignored with the medication not being corrected. It feels like they go out of their way to make hardwork of any interaction with them, The place is ridiculous & I've given up & switched to another pharmacy, I suggest anyone reading this do the same & avoid this joke of a place. Note. Yes I have the correct pharmacy & don't pretend this is a one-off/isolated issue, I've read the other reviews & it's clear the incompetence from the staff at Cheadles Scorah Chemist has affected a vast bulk of paying customers. Also why would I bother calling you when no one answers the phone & only last Friday 7/11/25 when my repeat prescription was wrong again & I spoke/highlighted this to the staff member who served me & got the usual shrug of the shoulders & simply walked away from the counter with the a couldn't care less attitude. Obviously you don't take medication errors seriously even when questioned face to face. I stand by my original comment. Joke of a place.
Fantastic pharmacy, been using Scorahs for many years and have always found the staff very polite and knowledgeable, Jav, Irene, Margaret and the other lovely ladies and gents that work there. Would highly recommend this chemist to anyone and would happily give 6 stars if I could!!

Scorah chemist in Cheadle is such a good chemist. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Prescriptions are done quickly and efficiently. The chemist is very well stocked and clean. There is a consultation room for private chats and the staff stay professional whilst having a friendly atmosphere. Staff are very accommodating even when at the busier times staff will find time to help. Highly recommend this chemist.
We switched chemists due to lots of problems at old one. Scorah’s are very helpful and the pharmacist is really experienced. We switched 6 months ago and not a single issue whereas was constant at our old pharmacy.
If I could rate zero stars I would! Tried to order allergy milk for my 9 week old baby, the staff were extremely rude! I asked her the price of the milk and she tutted at me and very rudely told me to wait a minute before transferring me to someone else! I will not be using this pharmacy again!
Refused to do my girlfriends medication pack because she has to many meds according to them its not like they are being asked to do something that isn't in a chemist job description so it seems like utter lazyness , I'm sure a chemist is supposed to make peoples prescriptions and make sure they have the right medication imagine if Dr's were the same and decided they won't see patients with too many problems /illnesses
Absolutely amazing staff. Always helpful and so lovely. I have a lot of medicines/prescriptions and they are ALWAYS so professional and helpful. I cannot recommend enough. I'd give ten stars if I could
