   Attended for the Saturday morning puppy hour with my 14 week pup. Staff really lovely, knowledgable and helpful. Put myself and another families minds at ease while our puppies played ( ie what was normal, when to seperate them a little!).

   We shop here regularly for wild bird products, pet food & sundries. Great product knowledge & helpful staff. This week, the Canagan Cat Food we needed was out of stock. To save us waiting Jess drove to another branch to pick some up. We're so grateful. Our little cat has just settled on this. She's not been well, so we didn't want to risk giving her anything else. Phenomenal service. Above & beyond. Thank you.

   Dale was very helpful to us. He explained the grading system for food and looked at the back of the boxes to see what meat content there was for cat food. He explained that the store has an ethical policy to go for higher quality food content. He suggested we write a review and this would give us £5 off our next shop. Altogether, the experience shopping in Pets Corner was very positive and informative. The Latchford store is very convenient for us to shop in and the staff are very knowledgeable and professional.
