   We took our beautiful boy in for his groom . He’s such an anxious dog because he’s a rescue dog . I get really worried leaving him places. When picking him up . He seemed so happy . Claire was amazing with him . Offered plenty of professional advice, did his hair exactly how we wanted it , even though there was people waiting to go in . She still had the time to speak to us which I think was amazing , and is making me more relaxed about re visiting their with my pooch for future grooms . Thankyou Claire

   Awful groomers! Tried to charge me and extra £20 after being 15 minutes late to collect my dog due to bad traffic on Leigh Road. Staff was very snotty and rude after i refused to pay for the late fee as the groom was already £47! Manager told me to not come back as i wasted their time - However they had to reschedule my dogs appointment on the day twice as the groomer wasn’t available, therefore wasting my time…very disappointed and upset as i was a loyal customer for over 2 years.

   Took Springer Spaniel in yesterday, in a state needing a bath and extreme clipping. The young lady groomer , sorry didn’t get your name , was fantastic. The work she did was first class. Highly recommended. Do not hesitate using this service. Thankyou.

   Took my elderly Lakeland in for a nail clip and she was handled wonderfully. She has slipped disks in her back, doesn't like having them done and has a tendancy to jump off tables. She was handled so well as I was very concerned about her back, the ladies knew exactly what to do with her to keep her safe and get the job done. They were highly professional and so good with her, explaining to me what they were doing as they were doing it and let me watch which all helped me feel more comfortable with letting someone else handle her. Was so happy even booked her in for a groom as my groomers haven't opened. Even gave her a complimentary spritz so she smells wonderful until she gets groomed.
