“My tortoise had a long beak so making it difficult to eat by himself. I had to feed him by hand, I took him to this vet. The people are very friendly, the lady vet clipped his beak and I am happy to say he is eating really well. One happy tortoise and one happy owner. “Gourley vets were absolutely amazing with me and my dog this weekend, after ringing up for an emergency appointment was seen straight away. The lady that came to greet us at the door was lovely, really helpful and tried her best to calm me And reassure me. Diego the vet was fantastic with my dog as he always is! Turned out to be something not at serious as we thought and my dog is now fully recovered and jumping around as usual. Thankyou all so much! Would highly recommend this practise to anyone!”

“Charlotte looked after our two rabbits whilst we were away over Christmas and New Year. She was amazing with them both, and kept us updated with pictures and info each day. She saw to them twice a day, kept their areas tidy and cared for them like they were her own. She even went shopping to get extra veggies for them when needed. Would definitely use Charlotte again when we are away, and would recommend her to anyone!”

“I left my dog Bella and my kitten Nova here from Wednesday until Monday, and I was super anxious about leaving them, the lady I spoke with on both drop off and pick up said she was new there but has been absolutely amazing! The other staff i’ve spoken to on the phone have been honest and given me updates on the two occasions I called up, my dog absolutely adored her time there and she didn’t want to leave, and my kitten was anxious at first but as soon as she’d settled in due to the staff being lovely and caring with her, they’ve had their own little holiday whilst i’ve been on holiday! I can never thank you enough for looking after my babies and I am secure knowing you’ll have them again next month when I go away, and for any time in the future! Thank you so so much”

“My girlfriend took storm here Saturday for a full groom To be honest he was a mess and hadn’t been groomed for a long time He came out perfect and I would definitely recommend them Managed to get in at short notice as everywhere else either wasn’t taking on new clients or was booked solid for a month He isn’t good at the groomers and most groomers won’t take him due to his size Be these guys were excellent and well priced Thanks again”

“Took our dogs here yesterday and I couldn't be happier. One of the dogs is a really difficult customer and won't stop wriggling, but he still looks perfect. I saw them working on him as he was still being trimmed when I arrived to collect them (his fault) and the staff were really patient with him. I'll definitely be going here from now on. Was impressed by how the pets were treated and just all round friendly people. Thanks very much.”

Both times we were in and out in less than 20 mins & I felt confident the pharmacist knew what he was doing. We left with antibiotics, myself for tonsillitis and my daughter for an ear infection. “Can not recommend Jon and Kath enough - they have had our dogs for over 2 years and they treat our dogs like their own. Both our dogs do have some medical needs and nothing is too much trouble.
