We know our girl is in the safest of hands with Natalie, and judging from the pictures and how tired she is when she gets home, she has a great time too! The Pet Care company are friendly, flexible, reliable, and love your pet as much as you do, cannot recommend them enough. We’d be lost without Natalie!”

They had a cold once we got them home and Pets at Home took them to the vets in the shop, got them both treatment and paid for everything, such superb customer and pet service :) We now go here for all the piggy requirements.”

First time I was not very impressed as was looking like products used were quite aggressive and left my dog al itchy for a few days, but this time after speaking to the staff all went perfectly. “Teddy has come home once again smelling and looking absolutely gorgeous. He is very particular but he bounces into smarter dogs every single month and is always super happy on collection. The products used are insane, the smell lasts for weeks! Teddy has sensitive skin and never has an issue. Couldn't recommend enough, your dog mum gut knows when your dog is genuinely loved and cared for and I can assure you, you will never have any doubt after meeting the staff that your furbaby is in very good hands!”

I had booked an appointment to take my new Greek rescue dog to see them but, when she arrived, she was very stinky so I asked them to move the appointment forward. They fit her in that very same day! They looked after my new baby and did an amazing job with her groom. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.”

“Turned up at 8pm with my cat without giving any notice. Despite the unplanned arrival the receptionist was lovely and caring and arranged the vet to see us within 10 minutes. The vet was very reassuring and thorough with her advice. Excellent service and nice to know they are there in an emergency!”

“Amazing drinks! I got alcoholic slushes - 2 strong bow dark fruits and 1 gin with blue bubblegum and Dr Pepper sauces. A lot bigger than I expected, great size and put a good amount of alcohol in! Free delivery too, and it looks like they do a good range of hot foods, deserts and food at good prices! Would definitely come back here again!”

“Just picked our black labrador Luna up from Mike and the girls and it's honestly the first time she hasn't wanted to come home. She has absolutely loved every second of it there, Mike sent me numerous photos throughout our week long holiday, which really put our mind at ease. I can honestly say I won't leave her with anyone else from now on, she's made lots of new friends and by the looks of it has had the time of her life! Will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone I know looking for a place for their dog to stay (I would say kennels but this is more like a 5* luxury apartment).”
