   I changed my pharmacy to this one because it had good reviews. After a bumby start I reached out to Ifsa a member of staff and I explained that I have certain mental health issues that I cannot always control and I was going through one of the most aggressive cycles. I know pharmacies have a lot of pressure with little support and I wanted to harbour boundaries and respect. Since I confided in her she has made up my prescriptions ready and waiting for me to reduce the length of time I'm there and she always greets me and gets my medication for me and I appreciate her help in this matter. It stops possible triggers from other customers and the other staff. I'm not the easiest person to get along with and since Ifsa listened to me and has used her own intuition to help me with my weekly medication has made it easier and professional respect has been earned. It's easier for me to deal with the one person and I am greatful to them for accommodating this need.

   Dread having to go into this place, always a problem, they never have a clue what they're doing. The lady behind the counter is terribly unpleasant to deal with, huffing and puffing when its her that can't manage her own job correctly. Needs re training or a new job. Will instantly tell you your prescription is not available before even checking. Looks at you like you're the stupid one when it then turns out it is there. Gives my children dirty looks.

   This place is ridiculous. The staff have no idea what’s going. Absolute chaotically run pharmacy. Failed delivery and lost prescriptions is a normal thing. Customer service is on the poorest level with the blonde old lady being rude. She must of missed the training on manners.
