Helpful staff who go above and beyond to answer queries and find solutions if difficulties ever arise in relation to prescriptions. Polite and courteous. Very grateful they are my local pharmacy.
Dreadful service and awkward staff. Today they downloaded my scrip that should have been the day before when my doc released it. I was then told it would be ready the day after because they need 48 hours to prepare. Biggest load of rubbish I've ever heard. I take a particular type of tablet that I must take or I'm in a lot of pain, too often I'm spending a day in agony because of basic laziness and awkwardness. Boots head office now know about the large amount of retraining needed. I'm going to cycle to Disley from now on.
I pay for delivery, yet still waiting for a prescription to be dropped off. They have had it a week
This branch of boots have always been lovely to me and my family. Very welcoming and helpful especially during the recent pandemic.
Perscriptions never ready when they say they are. Very poor when the doctors perscribe medication it needs collecting not 4 days after the doc send it through!
This place has drastically gone down hill..... staff always decide that they will try and look busy and talk openly and loud about their weekends rather than serve customers. They can be rude and snotty when u get asked if they have text you saying if the prescription is ready..... yet the medication has been signed off and on the shelf waiting and you get no text. The nice friendly staff who were all there all the time have gone so there is always different people in. The town will be knackered if that chemist goes.... but at the same time hardly any body wants to go there now unless they need too because of the poor customer service. Why it takes 15 mins to get 1 box of tablets is beyond me!
The staff in this store are fantastic. Friendly and always take the time to help you out,direct you to services or answer any questions you may have. Always felt very safe in the shop during the pandemic. Always my go to store. Liam.
Amazing service during the pandemic- my elderly parents have been cared for fantastically by the staff here over the last few months, their Medication has been delivered to their door free of charge whilst I myself have been shielding - nothing is too much for them and we truly appreciate their efforts serving the community in these worrying times. Well done Boots
