   Well, how shocking the pharmacist was today. My husband rang 111 to get an emergency prescription as we are on holiday for an injection needle which they accepted. He drove to the pharmacy and the pharmacist refused to give it to him as, he's not abliged to even though 111 approved it. What he actually meant was he couldn't be bothered. Shame on you. He came back to our holiday cottage and rang 111 again and he went to a different pharmacy where they issued the prescription with a smile. Wells pharmacy you are disgrace.

   This is a wonderful, and well run pharmacy and I feel they really go above and beyond for their customers. Wes, the pharmacist has helped me on numerous occasions, even coming up with solutions for problems that the GP surgery hadn’t been able to do. They help with a friendly smile and kind word for everyone. I feel like it has really improved massively. Thank you for being a great asset to the village.

   Referred to the pharmacist by the doctor as they can now prescribed certain medications. The pharmacist was absolutely wonderful! So helpful and I was in and out relatively quickly. All staff at Well Whaley Bridge are always kind and considerate. Highly recommend this pharmacy!

   I will start by saying the only reason I gave 3 stars is because what staff there are very good, however the pharmacy generally does not seem to have enough staff or sometimes not even a pharmacist, which means you can't pick up your prescription if they are not there. The shop looks a little tired, it's such a shame. They do generally have a reasonable selection of over the counter products though.

   Wrong medication issued! Eating while on the phone to patients! Incorrect information given. Never their fault always covid. Won’t be setting foot in there again, to stand queuing when your prescriptions are still not read or asking people with mobility issues to come back later. Maybe some customs service training wouldn’t go a miss or is the head offices fault for being so under staffed?

   Wonderfully efficient ! Raj the pharmacist, is always on top of his game. And is a very important cornerstone to the ' village's of Whaley Bridge and is also adjacent to the Bridgehouse Bakery. Heavenly sweet treats and expertly made coffee, to while away the minutes as you wait for your prescription.
