   I had an absolutely amazing experience at this pharmacy! Raj, the pharmacist, went above and beyond, he’s incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely cares about helping people. He explained everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel completely at ease. On top of that, he was so friendly and approachable it felt less like a transaction and more like talking to someone who truly wanted the best for me. This is hands down the best pharmacy experience I’ve ever had. Raj is a real asset, and I’ll definitely be coming back here from now on. Highly recommend!

   I have found the staff here, particularly the pharmacist, to be incredibly helpful when I have been struggling to get my Mother's medication. I was using an online service but have now switched to this branch as I know there is always someone who will talk to me and advise me if there are issues. They also have a special service whereby you can collect items out of normal hours (which is really useful).

   Cancelled a flu jab appointment due to lack of supply, which is fair enough and not something I would normally have any issue with. However, they made no effort to let me know in advance despite having both my email address and phone number. The staff blamed "head office" and were unapologetic.

   Very poor service. for the last 2 weeks I have been asking if they had face masks for sale. One guy kept telling me "try later in the week, we have ordered them". Today I spoke to another employee and she told me "We haven't ordered them in a while for sale, we can barely get them for ourselves" in a sassy way. I know health workers deserve priority over masks, but if you tell me you ordered them, it's only natural that I keep asking. Get your facts straight

   Very poor repeat prescription service. I am disabled and need prescription delivered, but 3 out of 4 times it was not delivered on time, even though I gave a week notice. I have spoken to others who have had similar experiences. The managers needs to get this service properly organised.
