Cath and the team at AA are simply amazing. I was sent daisy updates and videos. My cats genuinely seemed pleased to see Cath during the visit. I could clearly tell I left them in safe hands whilst I was away. 2nd time I've used the company a d 100% won't be the last. Thank you for looking after my fur babies xx
Amazing care and service provided by Katie and Kyle for my nervous, high energy collie. They really understand dog behaviour and tailor make their approach to the individual dog within a family setting. I doubt I could ever find anyone that are as good as them at their jobs. Would highly recommend. If I wasn’t moving out of the area, I’d keep my dog at their daycare service indefinitely. Thank you so much, both Suzy and I will miss you all :)
Cath at Animal Assistance looked after our springer Arthur like her own, taking him on lots of walks and making sure he was happy and cared for whilst we were away. She even stepped in to look after him overnight at very short notice just the other week. Thanks Cath and also to Nick who is fantastic too. You are a great team!! Tasha
I have been using their services to help with my cats for nearly 4 years and thought it was about time I left them a review. The staff visit my cats once or twice a day when I am on holiday. They will feed the cats and spend some time with them, and also happy to help with bins, post, plants, and opening/closing curtains. At the initial appointment we filled out a detailed form together so there is a seamless service if one sitter is unavailable. They all communicate brilliantly and the cost is very reasonable. They invoice promptly. In all would highly recommend if you'd like your cats to remain in their home with someone to check in and care every day - the best and least stressful option for me and my pets. At the moment we've had Annabell visiting, but all the staff have been lovely.
