   Got my flu jab done by Meera a few days ago and she was brilliant. She made the whole thing quick and easy, and talked me through what to expect so I wasn’t nervous at all. The injection didn’t even hurt, and she checked I was okay before I left. I will be using her now for my needs going forward

   I like everyone here, the staff and manager are brilliant I am very pleased to see her back! The team and manager are very fast and efficient at what they do. The manager especially looks after me and runs a very good pharmacy! If anyone needs a good pharmacy in Ashton-Under-Lyne I would certainly recommend this one! Very happy to have finally found a pharmacy like this!

   Absolutely shocking service, everytime my repeat prescription goes in, I'm supposed to get a text when it's ready to pick up, they never bother texting and have to waste time from work chasing it up myself and that's if they ever answer the phone.

   I switched my nomination pharmacy after moving locations and this one came up on the patient access app I have now moved pharmacy again after quite a few times of ringing up to ask to get my prescription delivered. One particular person speaks to me like I'm a dog, no idea what her name is, but even had the ordacity to call me a liar. A very rude, arrogant and ignorant person indeed that shouldn't even be able to answer a phone and talk to CUSTOMERS.! If I spoke to people the way she does, in my job, I'd be disciplined. way

   All of the staff are so very helpful and friendly. Probably a bit more busy than other pharmacies in the area, due to it being right outside a doctor's surgery, but that's not really a complaint about the pharmacy itself.
