   It has to be said that feedback can change easily and varies as situations are different for everyone. My dog had been booked in to have two of its teeth extracted after damaging them. He is a large dog (American Bulldog) And is happy to go to the vet. Just not happy to have a needle stuck in him. Therefore, as a precaution, I always muzzle him Not because I think he’s going to bite, but because I think it makes the vet feel more comfortable. And I can’t say as I blame her. On the day I attended initially to have the teeth extracted. I unfortunately was seen by a vet who was very rude and dismissive to the extent that the surgery did not take place as I did not feel that it was Dog in her care. However I spoke to the Senior Nurse and she could not have been any more reassuring rebooking the appointment. When I went today to have it done, I couldn’t have asked for a more perfect and professional team who overall things beautifully, And we’re just incredible. I will say after reading through some of the comments that for some of you it appears you want a golden service whilst paying Pound store prices. If you’re complaining about waiting times, Or availability of appointments, Then those really aren’t legitimate Complaints. If you can’t comprehend that when there are emergencies, it means that your pet that isn’t having an emergency will need to wait or you can go elsewhere then I feel sorry for you. My Dog’s appointment today ran over considerably, And whilst I fully expected to be told I would be charged extra. I was not, something I was truly surprised by and not expecting. So to the whole team, who did such a great job, thank you.

   The vets and nurses at Ashton are out of this world.!! . I have used many vets over the years but this one tops all of them by far! My little dog benji was critically poorly but with their fast diagnosis and excellent care at both Ashton and the hospital in Bolton he pulled through!! This place is for the animals and not for your money!! Can't thank them enough!!!!!

   Brilliant service, free consultations, very fairly priced with them being NFP, easy and hassle free process when submitting insurance claims. Staff are all very lovely and I always know my dog is in the best hands receiving the best care at any branch I take her to.
