Animal Trust Failsworth are the best! My SharPei can be quite a handful at the vets as she stresses very easily. So much so that other vets have muzzled her. But not at ATF. They are patient with her and it shows in her behaviour with them . No muzzle no aggression, just calm. Thanks guys

Easy to find, inside is clean and well maintained. Staff on reception are polite. The vet and nurse who treated my cat were extremely polite and very knowledgeable, my cat is a bit skittish and they were great with him. Booked for his boosters in a few weeks would highly recommend. Prices are very fair too compared to other vets I've looked at.

What a fantastic team! Despite the busy atmosphere when we arrived, everything was handled with ease and efficiency. I truly appreciated the same-day appointment for my cat's painful shoulder injury. Vet Ciara was exceptional - friendly, professional, and attentive. The ladies on reception were also outstanding, providing a warm and welcoming experience. Highly recommend! :)

My girl developed a bad skin condition and I was asked to monitor it and update with any changes good or bad, I did so and had an appointment scheduled for the Tuesday at this point. By Friday I was really concerned and rang animal trust at half 5. I was offered an appointment for first thing Saturday morning and I took my girl, Georgina took one look at her and said she's going down for surgery we need to get her sorted ASAP. She also sent samples of her skin off to a lab, took swabs and blood. I picked her up at 5pm, had 2 follow ups for her and she responded to surgery really well. I was updated on her diagnosis and luckily it's nothing that will spontaneously happen again, however if she does end up with anything suspicious again I know I can go straight back to the vets and I know she will be cared for properly. Georgina offered advice for her skin and recommended she takes a daily allergy tablet along with some wash for yeast overgrowth (popcorn feet) and a foam leave on freshener for her skin. We haven't used to wash yet as her stitches have only just healed, but the foam fresh is a big hit. From start to finish Georgina and the team were fantastic with her and reassured me they were doing everything they could to get her on the mend and back to her usual self. Since having her surgery she has been so full of life and happiness and jumping around like a puppy again (she's 8 in a couple of weeks). I wouldn't want anyone else to provide her care. Thank you for everything you did and more. We all appreciate the hard work you all put in daily.

After having our beautiful 22 year old cat Bobbie put sleep, all staff were amazing. Treated with such care and compassion. Thank you all so much. Especially the vet that we had seen.

It’s only the day after I went to AT for my cat to get a dental and nah be early days as far as my pets recovery goes but I cannot rate this place highly enough. The building itself actually looks like a dedicated veterinary practice, not just some room tucked in the back of a pet store. Their online chat services are excellent and I always hear back from them very quickly. My pets case was a bit complicated and after some confusion I was able to get an appointment for her to get a dental with Craig at the failsworth branch. They are a very busy practice, a number of other pets came in for surgery’s that morning. I didn’t have to wait very long to be seen to. Craig was kind and friendly, he clearly knew what he was talking about, he took the time to explain things to me properly and I didn’t feel like he was judging me or pushing me to do anything. I literally called my mum right after I left to say yes, he was great you would’ve liked his approach, I feel really good about this. My pet was seen to very quickly because of how stressed she was - I thought this was super kind and shows how they care about the animals. Craig called me to discuss her case after he’d examined her before doing the procedure and a few hours later I went to pick her up. Last night was the first time in MONTHS my pet ate food on her own without showing any signs of pain. I really hope that this will last and that we won’t have to go back for a long time. All in all I have had a very positive experience, I felt calm and reassured leaving AT with my pet and would recommend the place to a friend 10/10. Cannot thank Craig enough, he is excellent at his job.
