“Tucked away in Ashton Under Lyne Indoor Market there is a great FILIPINO FUSION Restraunt. Run by a Mum and Son team dishing up some authentic filipino dishes. We ordered Beef Tapsilog £12 for the dish and a coke to share total was £25 The beef was excellent cooked to perfection included the staple rice , salad and fried egg, TARPS is open 6 days a week 11am to 4.30 pm Monday to Saturday. The BEST bread for miles (Wednesday, Friday & Saturday - be quick it gets sold out fast) extensive range of fresh coffee beans sold by weight, huge range of craft beers and organic wines, local cheeses, most every spice you can imagine, all your specialist ingredients AND bespoke organic veggie boxes - order via the website! Seriously great shop. Also the flapjacks are top.”

From start to finish, the experience was outstanding. The quality of the food was fantastic, beautifully presented, incredibly flavourful, and clearly prepared with great care. “Went for the first time with a group of 10. Service was excellent. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. We weren't rushed in the slightest and the quality of the food was excellent. The chicken pakora starter was probably the best I've ever had. We sat in their bar area afterwards and had some more drinks. The coffee with cream and sugar was lovely.
