The stuff they sell is very nice overall. There were a lot of people in on the day I came in to buy food. Not a problem as I simply stood in a queue and was happy to wait. When it was my turn to pay, the blonde woman looked at me as if I'd done something wrong and said, "What is it?!" I was quite shocked at her rude and weird behaviour. It was obvious... I just needed to pay. She upset me. Amazingly I still spent the money in here. Some people are just odd. It could have been jealousy (?) as I am much younger than her. The manager/owner was stood outside as I was leaving and they said "Thanks for waiting" and I should have made them aware of the bad behaviour from the catty woman. I just wanted to get away. When staff are unnecessarily rude to customers like this, you think twice about going back in. I haven't been back to this store since this rude behaviour happened. I used to be a regular spending loads. The owner has lost my business completely and I now order from online stores. Owner could do with emphasising manners to their "adult" staff. It really hurts some people to be polite... pathetic.

Gorgeous, organic fresh food. Nice people who own it. Organic fruit and vegetables.

The fresh sourdough bread I buy on Saturdays is the finest and best quality bread that I've tasted in years. It's so good, and with such an amazingly salty savoury crust, I'm content to nibble upon slices of it all day long. Toast it and add some butter, well, you're now into bread Nirvana, the promised land, indeed.

Great little shop, lots of vegetarian/vegan products, has some lovely wine and beers too. The bread that's from Roger's Bakery is especially good, I always buy a Sourdough or a Malted grain. I would definitely recommend a visit
