   I went to get some lamb shanks and there was 3 men butchering meat. As no Muslim I greeted them with Salam Alaikum and a big smile on my face out of respect and asked if they have any lamb shanks which I was given a short no, I then asked if there’s any halal butchers near by possibly and was given short - don’t know. Zero customer service and politeness. I then went to get some spices and returned to get lamb mince instead and those 3 men made me stand there without even acknowledging me for over 5 minutes while slowly moving around , seeing me with no other customer in sight. It would take a second to simply say - I’ll be with you in a shortly but it seemed like a big spectacle and made me feel very uncomfortable that I doubt I would return to this shop in future. I remember there being a nice uncle working there but this was pretty horrible experience . Shame

   We got a pack of mulberry from this shop. We didn't check expiry date as we thought it must be in date.. unfortunately it was expired. My daughter started coughing after having that dried fruit.thats why I checked the date. Please I request to owners to please check the dates of items it's our hard earned money.

   The food here is absolutely gorgeous whenever anywhere else is closed these guys seem to be open so it's absolutely brilliant they are so good to the community and the food is so fresh here tastes amazing and makes you amazing meals it really is a great shop and there is a very large range of veriaties so you can find anything you need and more so if you ever need anywhere for food that's good for your soul go here it makes you happy the food vegetables fruit drinks butchers pretty much everything All in one shop and the staff are brilliant there is plenty of parking nearby it's close to the city centre and great to get food that isn't available in most shops so you will have a taste of something different than the usual so food or meal Time doesn't get boring big store inside with fridges and freezers tinned food fresh food biscuits sweets they also accept card payments aswell as cash so that is good also.....
