The lights go off in the fridges at 10pm even though the store closes at midnight so good luck trying to find stuff. No one on the tills at this time either so it's self checkout jenga with a trolley full. Also becoming increasingly expensive and unaffordable.
Young staff member with dark hair working on the self checkouts was RUDE! Does not appear to want to help anyone and looks right past you if you try get her attention. Just stands in the corner playing with her hair, very unprofessional and unhygienic for the matter. Get better staff.
Filthy tables, poor quality own brand condiments and prices of a premium cafe but poor service and below average food. Disappointed Clubcard member.
Visited the store this evening and used the scan and shop for the first time but had a few issues with items not scanning - Tracey who said she had only been there a few weeks was absolutely amazing at helping us sort it out despite being the only one on the busy self service checkout and our shop wasn’t a small one to rescan - She was so lovely and chatted away with us despite it being late and really made us feel better - An absolute star!!!
Refused to serve me despite showing valid id, made me put all products back myself without letting me pay. Felt humiliated having to walk past to put everything back after being refused.
Generally well stocked, friendly staff. Plenty of parking. The Giant Tesco signs on top of the building could do with a good clean, makes the building look untidy/dirty.
The new till system of having self service tills throughout the store is a terrible idea. The person who thought it would be helpful should probably be fired because they clearly have no idea how anything works.
Came in today, was simply looking at alcohol, staff simply presumed we were underage (we aren’t) instead of asking made us uncomfortable followed us around the store the whole time even at the tills. Was being eyed up and down ever isle, could’ve simply asked if we had ID instead of talking about us to other members of staff making comments about our age. Amazing customer service… not.
Sick of this place, they are so unorganised, never have forks for the meal deals. I have to treck around asking staff members if they can look if there is any and some of them CBA and don't want to know. I had to buy metals ones so I could have my meal deal that I was looking forward to on my lunch break but I'm sick of it, so will be looking to be taking my lunch raks at Morrisons now. They say "People keep taking them", that's no excuse, leave the forks at the tills then and let the cashiers issue 1 fork per meal deal, you will save all them meals going to waste because no one can buy them because there is no forks, not just lost revenue but also food wastage and loss of customers. Customer services if you actually care then get in touch and tell me your doing something about it
Good selection of foods plenty of parking all be the spaces a little tight it was refreshing to see at least 6 staffed tills much better than the self service ones.. the cashier was very polite and accommodating, the elderly gentleman before me was slow to pack but she didn’t rush him which was lovely to see have upmost respect for her
