   Very disappointed. Harvey went for the first time a few days ago (13 month old puppy). I told Kathy that he may wee as it’s a new area, Kathy’s first response was ‘well you have to pay if he does’. When I went to pick Harvey up she said that she didn’t want Harvey to return as he was too much for her. Harvey is the most placid puppy ever and has a very loving, playful temperament. Truly felt Kathy had no patience with Harvey. Really shocked by the whole experience as neither Harvey or myself have ever been treated like that before. Kathy is in the wrong job in my opinion.

   Kathy is one of the best groomers we’ve used, Poppi is so happy to go into the shop and Kathy always greets her and makes a fuss of her so she’s not at all nervous. Poppi comes home looking fabulous and pampered. Highly recommend this lovely lady and her business to all, absolutely 5* service.

   We've just had our cocker spaniel Tiffany groomed and she looks beautifully. She was not stress when we picked her up and the salon was spotlessly clean. I found the owner knowledgeable and extremely friendly. This is the first time we have been to Barkers, I have three cocker spaniels and will use them from now on.
