   Got my dog a toy and my sisters cat a bowtie good stuff but thought you needed to see this.. It's so cute. -star because these pet shops probably don't treat these animals well and it smells like piss \/(._.)\/

   I went in today to change the flea treatment for Jessie the cat and they were very helpful. I was feeling slightly lost regarding what treatment would be best for my cat to be protected for fleas and ticks. One of the girls at the counter, Eva, I believe that was her name, gave me perfect advice and made the changes to my monthly subscription, so my cat will be totally fine. 5 stars well deserved

   My cat passed away on Saturday . Couldn't find a vet open and found this one . They were absolutely fantastic caring and kind checked my cat over just incase and were absolutely great .

   Oliver is such a nice gentleman- thank you for letting my kids feed the pets. Mia allowed the kids to feed the fish - exceptional customer service and genuine love for the job role - thank you Noah allowed the kids to feed the rabbits and fish - was a fantastic experience for kids they truly loved it and Noah was fantastic with the kids.

   Took my 2yo GSD to do grooming this morning . Poor boy got 3 wounds / cuts on his nails as the groomer cut his nails too short and deep … Actually all nails were cut too short. How come the groomer didn’t stop or be more careful after the first bleeding and still cut as short like that and made him bleeding again ?! I asked the groomer whether he’s alright and she said he’s not used to the nail cut, but this is not the excuse for what happened to his nails . Groomer should be professional enough to know that black nails are even harder to cut as it might easily cut their vessels. We used to do grooming here like every few months. Although this is the first time for what happened to his nails here, I am still so disappointed for the grooming this time . I am not dare to give it another chance.

   I took my dog Daisy for her usual haircut at this branch today. I just wanted to say a BIG "Thank You" again to Barney the groomer for always delivering an excellent service. Daisy is always calmer being cut/pampered with Barney & he cuts her coat 10/10 service 10/10 every time!

   My local P@H, the staff are really brilliant there and a credit to the company. Any problems I’ve had over the years have been sorted out swiftly and satisfactorily. The app and its rewards scheme are brilliant. We visit usually once a week at least spoiling our fur ball.

   The vets is great, they always see us when we need an appointment ASAP, the groomers is good too. My dog is always doing his business on the floor in there when we go but the staff are always really nice about it and help me clean it up. Big stock of toys and beds for dogs!

   I can highly recommend this store with its extremely helpful, friendly, charming; likeable staff members. The upstairs' vets have an excellent reputation as recommended by someone in the medical profession. Excellent range of quality products including kitten crunchies with no additives, high chicken content. Purchased a beautiful furry puppy (no cat ones) bed featuring removeable microwaveable bag to heat: (fabulous idea) in trendy fairly dark practical grey plus cat toys, including crackle ones, also a soft grooming natural bristle dog brush like a curry comb. Spent far more than intended though. Fairly reasonable prices although B&Ms is rock bottom by comparison. However on joining the VIP Club (a simple app download) as recommended by the cashier; ten per cent discount is available. The app appears straightforward to use. I picked up some free kitten food yesterday: it's excellent quality suggested by another female cashier who willingly brought it for me; lovely young lady. Bought a collar which had to be returned as our daughter thought the safety clasp would come undone too easily: I thought it was worth a try. Some impressive cat scratching posts with shelves and tunnels; terrific, imaginative designs. Prohibitively expensive which is a shame as I would have loved to buy one.
