“Cannot recommend the Dogs & Divas doggy daycare service and cat sitting service enough! Our dog loves playing at doggy daycare with all the other dogs and the staff are extremely friendly. We have also used the cat sitting service which is more preferable for our cat than a cattery and he got so much love and attention from Dawn and the team on his daily visits.”

“Chloe was brilliant with Drake. I’d had a bad experience with my previous groom (not with Chloe) and Chloe really listened to all my concerns and paid attention when doing Drakes groom to get the details right. He came out looking just like I’d hoped and perfectly cut.”

“From an initial telephone call to Gemma enquiring about a suitable gas oven I was emailed promptly with photos and prices of a selection available. Called into the Gatley showroom for a chat with Gemma, and within 10 minutes I'd chosen the oven, agreed a price and been given a delivery date. Oven arrived today,the gas fitter Gary was brilliant, taking his time to explain everything clearly to me. Work completed to my entire satisfaction, and I would strongly recommend Village Domestics to potential customers, you won't be disappointed!”

I had booked an appointment to take my new Greek rescue dog to see them but, when she arrived, she was very stinky so I asked them to move the appointment forward. They fit her in that very same day! They looked after my new baby and did an amazing job with her groom. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you.”

“We came to Don and the team at Dogwood Referrals in June 2023 after our 9-month-old cat, Edward, was hit by a car, leaving his legs in a terrible state. From the moment Dogwood took over Edward’s care, we knew he was in the best place. They successfully treated his front leg, and worked tirelessly to save his rear leg over several days, but unfortunately, the damage worsened by delayed treatment at our previous vet meant it couldn’t be saved. Don performed the amputation with incredible skill, and Edward’s recovery was amazing. The team cared for Edward—and us as emotional owners—with so much compassion. Edward healed quickly, with no visible scarring or complications, and was back to his cheerful, mischievous self within weeks. If I ever face another emergency with a pet, I will do everything I can to have them referred to Dogwood’s care.”

“The staff here are amazing, lovely little practice, still fairly new so not too busy. This practice is linked with Ashleigh Vets in Chorlton which is larger, and has a great reputation, they have vets that specialise in exotic animals so they really know their stuff. 100% recommend”

“We have been coming to Oasis for about 11 years now and have always been impressed by the quality of stock and the knowledge and helpfulness of the staff. We have both tropical and marine tanks, having originally been new to marine fish keeping and we wouldn’t have been able to make the transition without the help and support of the staff. “Wow, just home from a great meal for my parents wedding anniversary. My dad is wheelchair dependant and they were so helpful. Food was excellent but stand out was Cian and Joe with exceptional service. They could not have done more!! Definitely deserve a bonus!”

“Nothing but good things to say! Staff were very friendly and welcoming at reception and I've never seen my cat so calm with a Vet before. He has quite an extensive medical history so to see him comfortable with a Vet is massive for him!”

“I had a great stay here. The bathroom was modern and clean, the bed was comfortable, and the service was really nice. I asked for cheese to have for breakfast and they brought me some. The breakfast basket they provided contained some nice items. I had a one day stay for business. Booking was through our corporate system. I managed to park on premises, no issues as the site is safe. Upon leaving they requested payment, I mentioned that the corporate booking company would settle, and offered to leave my details in case of issues, they appreciated this. No problems whatsoever. I'd definitely stay again when visiting Manchester for business. If there's one thing I would like them to improve is the breakfast offering. There's a fridge in the room, please offer slices of cold cuts such as cheese and ham along with bread and butter, you don't need to leave these items in the fridge for every guest but I do believe you should have them on demand if requested. I was provided two small blocks of cheese rather than slices, I was happy to have the cheese but I was unable to have a "proper" breakfast sandwich of buttered bread with cheese and ham slices... a chunky block of cheese does not taste very good in the middle of a huge piece of bread.”

“A rare gem of a B&B! Firstly, driving into Hayfield offers some fantastic views of the Peak District. Millie's is conveniently located right in the centre with plenty of parking outside and around that is free. We never struggled to find a space. Rukiya is very welcoming and kept in touch leading up to our visit and on the day of with lots of useful information and to keep in communication with us. She was there to greet us at the door and showed us to our room - Twenty Trees. The room was lovingly decorated with a cute view of the trail leading to Kinder Scout over the top of some roofs. Millie's is ideally located for many things. There is Sett Valley Trail conveniently located a stones throw away as well as the Kinder Scout trail. We also travelled 20mins and visited Castleton for the Speedwell Cavern (really cool) and Mam Tor hike. Lyme Park is not far either and there's also Buxton and Bakewell. Rukiya is by far my favourite ever host at a B&B - I have stayed at a fair few! She really loves what she does and that passion shines through. Her breakfast dishes were all freshly made and so delicious as well as the coffee and sweet treats. The sausages were divine. We also bought some chocolates to take home and try. Thank you Rukiya for your outstanding service. We're now planning to return soon for afternoon tea with family so we can try all of her delicious bakes too! This has to be booked in advance though so bare that in mind. She's constantly booked up for the B&B so I advise you book early to avoid disappointment and direct for the best prices. The tea room is only open on the weekends. During the weekday, Rukiya has breakfast service for B&B guests only. She can also make sandwiches for packed lunch for hikes with prior notice. Can't wait to visit again and also congratulations on being the only halal B&B in the whole of the Peak District. Millie's is welcoming to everyone. The outdoors is for everyone to enjoy and I'm so glad I have finally visited after waiting 3 whole years!”

“Great vegan pizza experience. This café has a great menu, the prices are spot on, the ambience is wonderful, it's so authentic, a little slice of Italy right here in Sale, Manchester. I'm definitely going to come back and bring the family.”

“I cannot recommend Dogz Club enough! We got our little Dachshund just as we entered the first lockdown, so there was inevitable anxiety around a lack of socialising, but DC has ensured our pup is so confident and happy around other dogs. The staff are so attentive and update me with honest feedback whenever I ask for it. The picture/video updates during the day of all the dogs having fun, regular themed parties throughout the year and goody bags are all examples of extra touches which makes this such a great day-care. “I would not hesitate in recommending this vets. The entire team; reception, nurses, vet and cleaner are all very friendly and helpful. I had a concern regarding my dog, I was given an appointment straight away and after speaking to the vet blood test were recommended. The vet nurse gave me the option to wait if I wanted for the results. Within 25 mins I had the results. Thankfully my dogs results were fine and I cannot thank you enough for the peace of mind you gave me for processing these results so quickly rather than having to wait days.”
