   We adopted our cat Robbie just over a year ago and he was already registered with Vetcare. Since then, we’ve visited the Bolton, Leigh, and most recently the Hindley practices at least four times. Every vet we’ve met has been absolutely amazing. So far, we’ve seen Gordon, Helen, Chad and Neil (what a lovely man) and we’re truly grateful for their care and advice. We also love all the receptionists, who are always so kind and welcoming. It’s reassuring to know that whenever something isn’t right with your pet, there’s a place you can go where you know they’ll be well looked after. Thank you!!!

   Our 12 week old cockapoo had his first visit to the vets this morning since living with us. Chad was absolutely fantastic, so friendly, caring, gentle and attentive with our puppy. He allowed our 8 year old boy to also get involved which was just so lovely! I think its great how you can WhatsApp if you have any questions or worries too. Just overall a fantastic vets would definitely recommend.

   Without doubt the best vets that I've taken my dogs to be treated. We see the same vets and they know their patients. The knowledge and experience of the vets and nurses is great. The quality of service is also fantastic. Unlike many of the large corporate practices, the animal patient is the priority rather than profit.

   I would not hesitate in recommending this vets. The entire team; reception, nurses, vet and cleaner are all very friendly and helpful. I had a concern regarding my dog, I was given an appointment straight away and after speaking to the vet blood test were recommended. The vet nurse gave me the option to wait if I wanted for the results. Within 25 mins I had the results. Thankfully my dogs results were fine and I cannot thank you enough for the peace of mind you gave me for processing these results so quickly rather than having to wait days.

   Not had a bad experience here until today, hence the 2 stars for past experiences, the vets always seem to care but today we had to wait 45 minutes for our appointment. Cats meowing as they’re so stressed out in the waiting room. 3 appointments all at once for yearly checkup and vaccinations, and they get pushed into a 15 minute appointment meant for one cat and of course will be charged for 3 full appointments. No courtesy call to say oh we’re running a bit late it might be best if you come with them a bit later on - which if I was even 5 minutes late to any appointment anywhere I would do.

   I was previously at another vets and after hundreds of pounds later my sister said try Chad at vet care (he looks after her cat) I saw him on a sat at hindley clinic and within a week scans done multiple blood tests and medication sorted and its what I told the other vets cushings diesease. Fabulous quick service and actually gave blue the time of day. Not going back to the other vets now as just a number to them. Well done vetcare hindley n leigh xx

   I been going to this vets for years and they have always took good care of my dogs. They all ways talk to the dogs like there family. The nurses and vets are always happy to see the dogs and ready to take care of there needs. They also have water on hand if the dogs get thirsty in the wait. But the vet is always nice and gentle with my dogs all in all a good vets.

   I just wanted to leave a review to say thanks to all the staff at Vetcare, Leigh for their excellent and professional care. I would like to say a special thanks to Chad Northcott for all his care and understanding when we were recently so worried about our Labrador. Definitely 'above and beyond' when Chad responded to my email in the evening giving all relevant information and then made arrangements to visit the surgery.
