We have always had such wonderful service from all staff, reception through to the vets. We very sadly had to say goodbye to our German shepherd today (Ina) the compassion and care from all staff made a very sad day bearable. Thank you for treating our girl with care like she was your own. Would highly recommend this wonderful team x

Our previous vet clinic closed and I was apprehensive about going to White Cross Vets - I needn't have been - I have taken both my dogs now and both vets were friendly and reassuring. They answered any questions I had. Waiting room is huge so that's definitely a plus when you have a nervous dog like mine. Would definitely recommend.
Great vet practice with a personal touch. We have been using White Cross for our cat and we've seen Laura each time. She's great with Bridget, who is very relaxed with her. Laura is very thorough in her examinations and willing to answer my list of questions patiently. The vet nurse and receptionists have also been very helpful when I've rung for advice.
We took our dog last Saturday. Unfortunately we had to have our dog put to sleep. The vet was fantastic and we could with our dog and spend time with her. After a few days came home to a lovely card and seeds to plants which was very thoughtful. Would recommend this vet to anymore. They are all very caring
Since joining this vets, I have nothing but good things to say about it. They are helpful, kind, always welcoming, from the receptionist through to the nurses and vets. They have been constantly professional and,despite my dog not exactly enjoying the intimate examinations, she still love to see the vets there. I would wholeheartedly recommend this vets.
Our previous vets had closed their local practice and we were transferred to White Cross so we didn't know what to expect but we have been pleasantly surprised by how good we and our cats have been treated. Excellent service at a modern vets. Highly recommended. Additional note: In recent weeks we have had to take our 3 cats at various times and we received excellent service from kind attentive staff.
