   We had to unexpectedly say goodbye to our gorgeous little Roxie on Monday, and it was one of the hardest days we’ve ever had. Ruth was absolutely amazing — so kind, gentle, and compassionate — and made an incredibly painful situation a little more bearable. The whole team were so caring and thoughtful, giving Roxie and us the dignity, respect, and time we needed. Nothing felt rushed, and we truly felt supported every step of the way. Today we received a beautiful handwritten card from the team, which meant more to us than we can put into words. It was such a touching gesture and shows just how much they genuinely care about the animals and the people who love them. We can’t thank Ruth and the entire team enough for the compassion they showed our precious Roxie and our family. We will always be grateful.

   Just want to say a big thank you to Chloe. I was really nervous about bringing my kitten Kiki for her jabs today because she found her last jab very painful, which was upsetting. Chloe was absolutely amazing with Kiki. Her manner was so kind and caring and she managed to distract her and do the jab without her feeling a thing. I was so impressed and so grateful. A big relief.    We cannot praise this vets enough, they were absolutely fantastic in the care & after care of our Dog Olly, Ruth, was genuinely compassionate & gave us the best advice with his medication & made things as easy as it could be in our hour of need.    Trafford Vets are the most compassionate and caring vets I've ever taken my beloved pets to. Over the years, I've taken all of mine here at some point, but last week, the staff here absolutely went above and beyond for us. They were incredible when I had to deal with a heart breaking decision, and have even sent me a sympathy card with paw prints of my Albert. Thankyou to Kate and all the staff xxx

   After a bad experience at a different vet. I was recommended to use Trafford Vets. The best thing I could of done for my girl. Kate and Ruth are the most caring vets. My girl was always in the best hands. Always pleased to see them. They go up and beyond. I would never go anywhere else.

   Rude rude rude! Receptionist clearly in the wrong job. Rang 10 days ago and booked my puppy in for her second set of jabs. Booked and registered her on the phone... gave all my details.. showed up and told not registered and nothing they can do. Didnt offer another appointment didnt applogise just said 2 people are booked in it's not you. L... receptionist didnt seem to care in the slightest... n waste of time waste of journey. Have rebooked her with another reliable vet who already seem more caring. avoid
