These are great value aparthotels. It's really good having a kitchen for breakfast or just to have cutlery for a take away. When I visited the lift was still broken but you can use the staff lift. Location uß perfect a short walk to St Peters Square. Only gripe is the TV isn't HD, and a refurbishment would be good soon. Overall great value and highly recommended

Having spent a lot of money and given some good reviews to this hotel over a year. Spending 1000s with them. On my stay today the 1st December a lot of builders turned up outside my door. They set up ladder and had lots of plaster board and wood with them. Withing minutes they were sawing and drilling, the noise was deafening. I spoke to the manager who informed me this was a quick job !. Roll on 3 hours later 2 more complaints and i had another talk with the manager who only then offered me a temporary room while the work went on, I already had all my work laid out and refused it. So with noise and dust pouring into my room I put up with the noise that eventually finished 5 hours later. What erks me the most is when I informed the manager I spend a lot of money and give good reviews but would not be staying again, was I offered a part refund..no,,,was I offered discount on a future stay ..no,,, I was told " sorry about that" That's how the manager treats someone who spends lots of money. This does not reflect the assistant manager and the reception staff who are all normally brilliant, this purley reflects on the manager and the lack of care for guests with building work, and the lack of business sense. One discounted offer could have calmed me and maybe saved the situation.

Stayed here to attend the Lady Gaga concert (like the majority of other guests) at the start of October. The check in was so easy and the staff members were very friendly and helpful. The room itself was bigger than excepted, bed was extremely comfortable and the amenities were great! I must say Dania was an absolute gem and made us feel so welcomed even when checking out!

The air con in the room wasn't working - went to reception to try and get it fixed. The elevator was broken so had to take 5 flights of stairs. Was told they'd look into it. An hour later the room is still cold. Tried to call reception but the phone in the room was broken. 5 sets of stairs again - "we'll check it". Another hour later, room still cold. 5 sets of stairs again. Then I was given a tiny heater by the receptionist to heat a pretty sizeable room - wasn't good. And not a single sorry or apology from any of the receptionists at any point. Such poor service - your reception staff need some training on how to deal with customers. I'll be recommending to my colleagues to not use your hotel and I won't be back myself.

Amazing place to stay! I just want to give a big shout out to rajaa for her hospitality, she went above and beyond to ensure we had a smooth check in. The room was incredible and the amenities were perfect. I would however like to note the guest lift is out of use which was a small issue but rajaa was amazing enough to guide us to the staff lift whenever we needed it. Thank you so much for the stay, We will definitely be back!

Pleasantly surprised by this hotel, having never stayed in a studio style room I was impressed with the kitchenette. Having a fridge and dishwasher, along with proper cups, pans and glasses is a welcome treat. The room was spacious, bed was comfy and shower powerful and warm. I was on the lower ground in January so didn't feel like I was missing out on daylight but in a warmer month I might feel a little deprived of vitamin D. Staff were all super friendly and the room was clean. I didn't realise breakfast was included, so I cancelled my breakfast reservation at a nearby cafe when I arrived. Unfortunately I found it was a sad 'buffet' of pastries and fruit. I I had to wait for hot items as they weren't cooked yet, which is inconvenient when you're traveling for business. There were no savoury options and the coffee machine was mediocre. I loved the room and would stay again, but would definitely skip the breakfast.

Stayed here for two nights. Initial impressions were great, staff were very friendly and welcoming and the room was stunning - a large living space with a spiral staircase up to the bedroom. However, this was one of the most uncomfortable hotels stays I've had. The first thing we noticed was how warm the room was, with no openable windows and no obvious way to cool it. There was a fan provided which we hoped might disperse the heat, however it seemed to have been taken from a Boeing 737 engine and was so unpleasantly loud, even on the lowest setting. Sleeping was made even more difficult by the small crevasse that had formed in the middle of the mattress. I've slept on week-old air mattresses that didn't sag as much. Another sore point was that while we were delighted by having three TVs in the apartment, why each remote was covered in a disposable plastic cover is beyond our comprehension. Surely in this day and age you can promote high levels of hygiene without killing the planet in the process. This was further emphasised when we came back from a day out to find the dishwasher had been put on with a single glass inside. A whole dishwasher cycle for one glass. In what world does that seem like a logical thing to do? Despite the great location, I will not be staying in a Roomzzz hotel again anytime soon, and would wish for the management to have a think about the environmental impact of excessive heating, single-use plastic and ridiculous dishwashing.

Overall a great room with good amenities especially for a long stay. Only issue is there are rooms on the LG floor which means the rooms do not have access to natural light which is a shame as you can't really stay in the room for too long.

Such a beautiful, historic (and modern) hotel! The hotel is Located within the Corn Exchange, giving immediate access to so many cool restaurants. I was upgraded to the incredible Guinea Suite! My suite was sooo quiet, no sound intrusion from other guests or street noise. I was only there for one night but I would definitely stay here again. When in Manchester, book here!!!

Extremely impressed with our room. Quiet, super comfortable and tons of space. The location was great for us as we had a bus ride the next day and the station is only a 5 minute walk away. Just wish the beds were a bit more comfortable.
