“I recently booked a holiday with Trailfinders through Sam Henderson, who pulled together a superb itinerary for my wife and me. We spent 5 nights at Hurawalhi Island Resort in the Maldives, 5 nights at the Peninsula Hotel in Bangkok, and 5 nights at JW Marriott Khao Lak, Phuket. Each centre was exactly what we needed in terms of quality, location, and value. Sam understood what we wanted from the trip, starting with something extra special in the Maldives in an overwater villa, moving into the bustle of Bangkok with comfort and convenience, and finishing with a relaxing beachfront stay in Thailand. He balanced price and quality well, and nothing felt over the top or under-delivered. The Trailfinders app was also a real bonus. It had everything in one place,flight details, transfers, hotel information, but also extras and handy notes. It was much easier than juggling bits of paper or trying to find email attachments on the go. What impressed me most was the smoothness of all the connections between centres with transfers from airports to hotels, the seaplane to Hurawalhi, and even the shuttle in Phuket were all seamless. Trailfinders clearly work with good in-country partners, and that makes a difference when you’re in unfamiliar places. Everything just clicked into place, and that took a lot of stress out of travelling. I’ve used Trailfinders before for multicentre stopovers, and they didn’t disappoint then, nor did they this time. No hidden agenda here, I’m simply chuffed with the service. Sam and the team at Trailfinders went beyond meeting expectations; they genuinely exceeded them. “A perfect way to beat the heat on a warm summer’s day! The cruise was excellent, with an engaging, well-spoken guide who shared plenty of interesting facts. The crew were warm and helpful, and the boarding point—right under the Millennium Footbridge by The Lowry Theatre—was clearly signposted. Great value for money, offering a chance to explore hidden corners of Manchester and Salford you wouldn’t normally see, including MediaCity, The Lowry, the Imperial War Museum North, Old Trafford, and the historic Manchester Ship Canal. “Came over to Base Camp in Stockport this weekend to purchase some Altberg boots. Mike was very helpful in explaining the different models and options available. It's definitely worth having your feet measured by a professional for this sort of thing and I'm really happy with my purchase. Base Camp also have a great selection of Paramo products in-store, looking forward to coming back and picking out a jacket later in the year.”

“Sept 2025 Nailed it again, popped in to see if the team could suggest a short break in the sun and they came up with Bulgaria, yes I know... Hotel Helena Sands was great a bit quirky but we really liked it, pool was great but cold, then again it was September, mind you we had a lovely heated pool in the Wellness Centre. Outdoor spaces were lovely, room was great we had a pool and sea view with balcony, lovely. Sunny Beach itself was a bit of a mixed bag. long walk all the way down the beachfront Strip to Flower street or you could take the mini train, if you can get one to stop for you! Bus was 2 Lev about £1. Shops and bars all the way. Flower Street was madness at night great for the youngsters. Has a lovely day in Nessebar Old Town, cobbled streets, history, nice shops, better places to eat. Food and drink was very reasonable. Went to Khan's Tent on our last night, dinner, cabaret show and circus entertainers with great views down to Sunny Beach. All in all we had a great time, weather was near perfect. Things were just starting to close down as we left so anytime after September I think it will be a ghost town. Thanks team”
