I booked my holiday through arletta travel and I cannot fault the quality of my holiday I paid a reduced price for an all inclusive and received a four star holiday experience I can say at no pint did I find a reason to complain The hotel was clean and well presented with attentive staff The food was as you would expect for an all inclusive but variety was excellent with meat vegetable and seafood options available The pool area was immaculate and not once did I line up for a drink The evening entertainment was engaging and exciting and a disco was provided for the young children which felt energetic and not at any point cheesy I will definitely book my next holiday with atletta travel and I would advise you to do the same if you’re looking for a stress free travel holiday experience.”

“What a wonderful experience. How silly we've lived in Bedford for 20+ years and we've never been on the river! The John Bunyan Afternoon Tea trip to Mercure Hotel was a lovely family outing. Beautiful scenery, fantastic volunteers who were all really knowledgeable of the history of the river and surrounding Bedford. We learnt so many new things about the town. The tea was delicious and the Mercure catered brilliantly for our Coeliac daughter with a gluten free tea. In fact she had more to eat than us...unheard of! We're already thinking about planning another trip in the opposite direction to Great Barford and The Anchor Pub.”

“Booked a day trip with my mum and 2 daughters to the natural history museum many months ago but we went today. The driver was exceptional, he was well mannered, on time and made what can be quite a long trip for 2 children very comfortable. I would recommend using cloud 9 holidays we had a lovely day”

“Apologies for my previous review I have now changed it as It was based upon me checking the website the last 2 years the trips seemed more adult friendly with limited options for younger children ...I have not booked with you for some time now but upon checking the website now I see there are definitely more child/family trips available.. From past experience with threestar coaches they have been fantastic everything and really accommodating! My children and myself have loved it all from the journeys through to the trips...Will hopefully be booking something soon!”

“Back a week from Eastbourne with RB, fantastic hotel deserved better grading star, room was lovely, food very good, staff really great and polite, bed comfy . Apart from taxi co letting us down on timing at Corby all was good, Andy our driver was brilliant,Jenny our courier was always busy,busy seeing to all comforts. Only one criticism- trip home was a stop off at Saffron Waldon, as most on the coach was of good folk who had disabilities the trek from the coach park was a real trial, we suggest a better town to have lunch at in a future stop break. Other than that a lovely break for 5 days. D & R Davies”

“From walking into the store my experience with Kuoni has been fantastic. All agents are welcoming & friendly. Vicky looked after me from choosing my hotel to flight information ect. I was able to book my whole holiday the same day completely stress free. Vicky was beyond helpful with any questions or concerns I had, she listened and communication was outstanding from start to finish. My Holiday was amazing, lovely hotel which was recommended by the team. I love that we got a travel guide with restaurant suggestions and things not to miss. Transport booked for us was extremely smooth and helpful (our flight was cancelled due to bad weather) which meant staying an extra day. The Kirker company couldn’t of been more accommodating/helpful about the situation. Will definitely be using this travel agent again :).”

“Since retiring 4 years ago l have used Octopoda travel for both short and long hall travel to Europe and South East Asia with multiple countries visited. Flights and transfers are documented and simple to follow. Hotels have been 1st class and transfers from airport to hotel always on time. Octopoda travel take the Stress out of travel. I have and would always recommend Octopoda travel to both family and friends.”
