“I dealt with Claire, initially in store and then communicated by phone/email a number of times until we decided on our holiday. Claire helped us with links and quotes for parking too. Nothing was too much trouble and Claire was the friendliest person who I built an instant rapport with. “I would like to write a review regarding my holiday booking . I booked my holiday through arletta travel and I cannot fault the quality of my holiday I paid a reduced price for an all inclusive and received a four star holiday experience I can say at no pint did I find a reason to complain The hotel was clean and well presented with attentive staff The food was as you would expect for an all inclusive but variety was excellent with meat vegetable and seafood options available The pool area was immaculate and not once did I line up for a drink The evening entertainment was engaging and exciting and a disco was provided for the young children which felt energetic and not at any point cheesy I will definitely book my next holiday with atletta travel and I would advise you to do the same if you’re looking for a stress free travel holiday experience.”

“What a wonderful experience. How silly we've lived in Bedford for 20+ years and we've never been on the river! The John Bunyan Afternoon Tea trip to Mercure Hotel was a lovely family outing. Beautiful scenery, fantastic volunteers who were all really knowledgeable of the history of the river and surrounding Bedford. We learnt so many new things about the town. The tea was delicious and the Mercure catered brilliantly for our Coeliac daughter with a gluten free tea. In fact she had more to eat than us...unheard of! We're already thinking about planning another trip in the opposite direction to Great Barford and The Anchor Pub.”

“Apologies for my previous review I have now changed it as It was based upon me checking the website the last 2 years the trips seemed more adult friendly with limited options for younger children ...I have not booked with you for some time now but upon checking the website now I see there are definitely more child/family trips available.. From past experience with threestar coaches they have been fantastic everything and really accommodating! My children and myself have loved it all from the journeys through to the trips...Will hopefully be booking something soon!”

“Great service, accommodation and catering at SkiWeekender's Aravis Lodge. Our party of 10 adults and children had a fantastic mid week break at SkiWeekender's Aravis Lodge. Great location to access either Le Grand Bornand or La Clusaz, with shuttle buses every morning taking you to the slopes, and pick up late afternoon. If you take the ski bus the bus stop is just 50 yards from the accommodation. All staff were fantastic, always looking to help, and ensure you have the best possible stay. Food was excellent; nice breakfast, amazing cakes in the afternoon and fantastic evening meal with plenty of wine included. I would strongly recommend SkiWeekender and the Aravis Lodge accommodation, as the service, catering, transport and location offer great value for money.”

Whilst away, the Covid regulations for returning customers changed twice, but Philippa was in contact with us abroad immediately, and guided us through the new requirements - we were through Border Control within 10 minutes as a result. No question was too much trouble.”

“Very friendly crew and a reasonably priced trip that takes you into the mouth of the Blisworth tunnel. The trip takes about 20-30 minutes in total and it’s a nicely paced relaxing ride.”

“From walking into the store my experience with Kuoni has been fantastic. All agents are welcoming & friendly. Vicky looked after me from choosing my hotel to flight information ect. I was able to book my whole holiday the same day completely stress free. Vicky was beyond helpful with any questions or concerns I had, she listened and communication was outstanding from start to finish. My Holiday was amazing, lovely hotel which was recommended by the team. I love that we got a travel guide with restaurant suggestions and things not to miss. Transport booked for us was extremely smooth and helpful (our flight was cancelled due to bad weather) which meant staying an extra day. “Had such a lovely visit staying in Middle Farm B&B. Fab English breakfast really delicious and fair price (definitely opt for it instead of the free toast and cereal!). Cosy bedroom with nice decor—everything was spotless. Jane and John were very accommodating, I would definitely recommend to anyone who finds themselves visiting Northamptonshire.”

“My both daughters took a while to settle and the staff were amazing at being patient and helping them to calm with various strategies.They were great at communicating with me and I had no hesitation sharing with them any my worries because I knew they would help my daughters.After two years they’ve had a beautiful bonding with the staff, they still miss them and ask me to visit them sometimes.They have been loved and looked after far better than I could hoped for.”
