I would like to thank RB Travel for our amazing trip to Disneyland Paris last week. We had a fantastic time. Nothing was too much trouble for our driver Symon and his lovely wife Lorna. I will tell others what a great company you are and i will not use a different coach company again.
A lovely day out to Dudley.....with the Dream Team of Adrian and Clive. We received a warm and friendly welcome when we arrived to catch the coach, arrived safe and sound to thd Living Mueseum in Dudley. We love our coach trips. You get to spend time with friends, have a cheeky drink over lunch and not have to worry about getting home. Its all taken care of. You can even squeeze in a little nap during the journey. Incidentally big well done to Adrian and Clive who manoeuvred the coach around a very congested car park. The Living Mueseum was a real treat. I would recommend this as a great place to visit for adults and children. Thank you for a great day out. X
Fantastic day out today at Black Country museum drivers were Clive and Adrian have to say they went above and beyond I am disabled and stopped using coaches as found them too difficult to get on and off. Right from the start both made me feel comfortable asking if I needed support , both were kind enough to give me help on and off not rushing me allowing me to navigate the steps at a pace that was right for me and not made to feel a burden. Both cheerful , funny helped make the day a day to remember. Already looking at booking up again both are a credit to your company. Thank you for restoring my confidence in using coaches again and not seeing disability as an issue to be ignored.
Back a week from Eastbourne with RB, fantastic hotel deserved better grading star, room was lovely, food very good, staff really great and polite, bed comfy . Apart from taxi co letting us down on timing at Corby all was good, Andy our driver was brilliant,Jenny our courier was always busy,busy seeing to all comforts. Only one criticism- trip home was a stop off at Saffron Waldon, as most on the coach was of good folk who had disabilities the trek from the coach park was a real trial, we suggest a better town to have lunch at in a future stop break. Other than that a lovely break for 5 days. D & R Davies
Very late in the day to complain but I keep looking at your trips for this year but I am haunted by one of your trips last year where your driver pulled out on the A6 at Burton Latimer in front of a lorry and all I can see is the lorry driver shaking his fist and me and my friend being very scared. Not only that we had a few near misses on our journey. It has given me great anxiety on getting on a coach again and I didn't get on another one of your trips I had paid for last year.
The mystery day trip was a very lovely day out. The driver has a excellent friendly manner
Beware of the mystery day trips..if you are lucky you might go to Swindon or Lowestoft. As interesting as chewing gum on your shoe. A bit more thought needed.
Had a great day out in Skegness today, the driver kept us updated the whole time in a professional and friendly manner! We have used RB before and we will use again! 5star for the driver of bus 1!
Great experience on our first coach tour. Itinerary and hotel were very good. The star of the week was Adrian Earl, the driver.
My friend and went on the Windsor Day Trip Sunday 7th Dec, Driver was Gas, who was very friendly, chatty and very Pleasnt, we thorougy enjoyed our day and looking at booking another trip.
