Negative Experience. It's very difficult to find the reisdence where do you want and when do you want. RCI offer the usual poor quality residences and today is more cheap with B&B respect the usuals residence. Let's Update!! We are in new millennium since 30 years. A lot of money lost needlessly
Don't think it's as good as it used to be still struggling to get anything especially in UK .Price same as most places and some of the timeshare are not as well maintained.
Hi what's your complaints procedure? I'm supposed to be a premium member (UK based) but the person helping me with a query called Oliver can't be arsed to check my previous email and keeps on asking me the same question. His replies borders on rude too. To be honest, with this kind of service, i highly doubt the fee you charge for "premium" membership.

RCi is always helpful and their accommodation top rate. They are a little expensive though.
RCI is the only travel company who charge 12 plus pence a minute to listen to their music before eventually talking to a person. Be warned ! My wife and I have over 303000 RCI points saved up but due to covid restrictions, we have been unable to use them. We had no choice but to continue paying for these points over the last two years but they are due to expire at the end of February. Where is the fairness in that.
