We have been on 2 different Unicorn Trails riding adventures and on 2 different continents. Both trips exceeded our expectations! We are horse owners and avid trail riders but it’s super nice to experience well trained horses and wonderful guides who are passionate about their country and their horses. We will go on another Unicorn Trails riding adventure.
My experience with Unicorn Trails was excellent. They were very helpful throughout the process of choosing and booking my first riding holiday. Although it took me a long time to make a decision, they were very flexible when I finally did. The holiday itself was also excellent. The approach of the hosts, the horses, the farm, and the equipment were all really good. I truly admired the level of professionalism shown by all the staff involved.
I had the most amazing ride with Killarney stables, I did the 2-day short trek, and got such an amazing tour of the national park, learning the history of the area, and then revelling in every girls horse dream of galloping across gorgeous beaches. The weather was stunning, and my horse Saphhira was a true Irish unicorn. We stayed over in Glenbeigh and the hotel and pub were a fabulous way to unwind and share the stories of the day. Still riding on my high of the trip weeks later, thank you Unicorn Trails for making my little girl Irish horse riding dreams come true!
I had the best experience! I’ve stayed at the Old Mill, and it was absolutely amazing, my room was clean and beautiful and so cozy, the hosts were super friendly and I’ve had a delicious breakfast and packed lunch by them. I’ve also had dinner at the pub next door, which was homemade and really good! My riding host was Myfanwy Mitchell of Ellesmere Riding Centre, and I’ve had two of the best rides ever! It was beautiful, the weather was perfect, the trails were fun and interesting, the horses looked healthy and were quite forward going. I’ve had the best time and my soul healed!
Unicorn Trails is a wonderful company. We booked a riding trip to Wales, UK. The ride was lovely and as described with fantastic horses, people and places. Unicorn Trails is organized, professional and offer amazing equestrian experiences throughout the world. I will definitely use their services again when booking my next riding holiday and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for an excellent experience.
We have done two riding holidays with UnicornTrails so far (France and Spain) and have never been disappointed. The help and support from the office staff is first rate, and on for both rides the description on the UnicornTrails website for the experience was spot on. The local organisation, guides and horsemanship have been very good in both instances. We would definitely choose UnicornTrails again.
I had such a great experience with Unicorn trails! Sarah was absolutely fabulous in understanding my needs as a rider and to find me the perfect trail, in Iceland. The whole vacation was just perfect and I couldn’t be happier with it. I will definitely come back to Unicorn to organize my next horseriding holiday! ♥️
I went solo traveling to Sweden this winter. On the Winter Wonderland trip. Amazing scheduling, quickest response time ever to any question I had. Trip of a lifetime really. They gave me all the right instructions on what to bring, what to wear, what’s expected etc. Smooth sailing! Thank you Unicorn Trails! I already have an Iceland trip scheduled for the fall. Can’t wait!! Highly recommended!!!
I've booked 3 holidays with Unicorn through Sarah. The first pre pandemic one was simple and straightforward and stressfree. The second was organised and paid for just before everything got turned upside down and Sarah helped us rebook our trip 6 times, changing destinations 3 times in an attempt to get us away to a country not on the quarantine list. A year and a half later we enjoyed a wonderful trip away to Rhodes, despite the stress it took to get there due to no fault of the company. We were communicated with promptly and were very satisfied with the service. We booked a last minute UK riding trip to Wales when it was apparent we wouldn't get abroad last year the chosen destination and this was a wonderful stand in as we got to appreciate a gorgeous week where we could drive ourselves there and not worry about testing and rules and almost managed to forgot what was happening for a few days. I would happily book through Sarah again, she was wonderful and always tried her best.
