   Booked day trip to Brighton invoice said pick up time 7.40 when coach didn’t arrive I eventually managed to speak to someone at cloud nine who after checking said invoice should have said 7am so of course I missed coach through no fault of mine, won’t be using them again and customer service leaves a lot to be desired!!

   Booked a day trip with my mum and 2 daughters to the natural history museum many months ago but we went today. The driver was exceptional, he was well mannered, on time and made what can be quite a long trip for 2 children very comfortable. I would recommend using cloud 9 holidays we had a lovely day

   Holiday great there and back great on coach ,my only issue was getting in taxi on way home it felt like u was Rush to get out, can be confusing and hard for a disabled or anxiety issues

   Wasnt happy..normally the trips are great, but it took over 4 hrs to get to skegness which only left 4 hrs there before having to return to coach at 4 30 its not long enough..Driver didnt seem bothered didnt apologise for getting there late...

   Website easy but think a wee bit expensive for 5day holidays although they do provide a pick up service sadly lacking in some companies.

   Got home from Paignton Tinsel and turkey yesterday. The Queens hotel is a good choice. Clean, staff wonderful, food amazing. Best of all was Jenny our Courier, and Mike our Driver. Both made our holiday excellant. Thank you to them both
