I visited TUI Stevenage twice in one week because we couldn’t make our minds up on our holiday. We saw Jacqui both times, she went above and beyond for us! She sat with us for literally hours and accommodated my indecisiveness and was so patient and kind. She found what looks to be an amazing holiday for us with all our requirements. Her knowledge on different locations is huge. Jacqui’s customer service is gold standard 10 * plus. And special mention to Sue (I think her name is) she was also very lovely and kind! TUI these lovely ladies are a real asset to your company!
