“Kev is a great instructor. After learning to dive in Thailand and caught the diving love bug last year, Kev had massively helped me improve my skills as well as teaching me dry suit & Nitrox. I went on one of his diving trips to Egypt this year which gave me some great memories and met some amazing people. Would highly recommend him as an instructor and plan to continue to progress my skills in the future. Kev also aided in helping me start sourcing my own gear within my budget.”

“Rudyard Lake is a beautiful spot for a walk or a paddle. The scenery is calm and picturesque, and there’s a good mix of trails for different energy levels. A lovely place to spend a few hours outdoors away from the busy towns.”

“We visited the Tui Stoke Superstore excited to book our honeymoon. We were greeted with a smile and offered a drink and some treats as the store was showcasing some snacks from Finland if i remember correctly. It was a busy Saturday and we had a little wait but we were checked in on and updated throughout our wait. Then we sat with Paris, she was amazing at making sure booking our honeymoon was an experience for us, making sure we got the best deals and value for money. Really giving advice and sharing experiences on the different options available to us. “I had a wonderful day at Tittesworth visitor centre while my husband took part in an ultra marathon. The center was well-organized with very friendly staff. The food was good and the drinks were reasonably priced. There was ample parking and great accessibility for wheelchair users. The disabled toilet was a bit challenging to access due to the door, but it was clean. There were plenty of disabled parking spots close to the main paths. The paths around the lake were great for those with strollers and wheelchairs. They also offer trampers for hire if you want to relax and enjoy the stunning views.”

“Amazing sunrise experience from Tissington today. We booked 2 years ago and having had 12 failed attempts (due to unsettled weather) it was most definitely worth the wait. “Dave and Andrea are a hardworking, caring helpful couple who are a credit to the community. They took on my daughter for school work experience to help her out, as she has a strong passion for diving & fish, she has ended up completing a open water scuba and dry suit course. They have gone above and beyond to fight her anxiety and have fit in around her crazy gcses schedule for lessons, coursework and the test. They are well prepared for dives & stock everything you need in their shop. New, second hand, rental or buying, they also offer cylinder refills and a service department. They are backed by a fabulous team around them of really nice, helpful guys. They are like a diving family. We have just spent the weekend with them diving at capernwray & they really made us feel like part the family. We met some lovely families and are thrilled with the service we got. We are about to relocate and are gutted we have to start again but they have still offered their services if we need any advice or help. What more could you want?”

“We hired the boat "Molly May" through Waterways Holidays from Norbury Wharf.. We arrived and we met by friendly approachable staff. The Boat was ready to go and was spotless.. We loaded up and Phil showed us all we needed to know, he was very thorough and left us full of confidence for the week ahead. On return we were helped into the boat yard and had to admit to a lost windlass and 2 broken glasses!! The staff were very good about it and didn't charge us and even offered 5% off our next to holiday with them! The cafe and chandlery were also excellent.. Many thanks for a great wk of off grid solitude!!”

“I have always taken school groups with Activ4 and I have found them understanding and completely supportive of every trip I run. They are patient and helpful with all of the groups' needs. I have just returned from Lake Garda with a group and stayed at the Hotel San Zeno. First and foremost I found this to be a safe hotel and the management very helpful and understanding of the needs of the children. They were happy for us to have a function room, use the pool safely and provided good food without any fuss, especially for people with specific food requirements. They were flexible with the room allocations. Once again, they were very patient. San Zeno is further up the mountain, has wonderful views and is in a quiet resort. The reps were very, very good. Pia, Monika and Anna: excellent. Pia has worked with Activ4 for years and nothing is too much trouble for her and her team. Activ4 have a great range of activities on offer, but what I like is that they will patiently tailor the activities to your needs, even if you want to swop them around during the booking process. They are always very helpful and willing to help even until the last moment ( in my case!). The coach company Barry's were excellent, and I was pleased that they used a local company for me as they had the children's' interests as a priority. Finally, a big thank you to the ever patient and professional Dom Moore, who put the trip together, again nothing was too much trouble for him and his team. I highly recommend Activ4 because of their flexibility and support throughout the booking and travel process. I always travel with them.”
