“On the recommendation of Tracey in Peter Goord Travel, we booked Gary to get our party of four to and from Heathrow Airport. Paul was our allocated driver, and both journeys were smooth, comfortable, and without incident. The return trip was particualrly noteworthy, as we experienced appalling weather, and it was reassuring to be so confient in Paul's driving ability, when we all dozed in the back after an overnight flight. The pickup, both in Plymouth, and at Heathrow was spot on for timing, and the overall cost very reasonable, expecially when split four-ways (or between two couples). I will have no hesitation in using Gary and Plymouth Travel again, and no reservation in recommending both to others who need the same sort of service.”

“Tor to Tor was an amazing 3 day and 4 night riding trip to the beautiful Dartmoor national park. The staff was so welcoming and everyone was so giddy about this trip. We were all experienced riders and it was so easy to find friend from our group. The horses were lovely to ride and the matches between horses and riders were well thought of. We did a lot of speedy canters an relaxed walks. The food was great and it was all so well organized. Travelling to Dartmoor was easy by train from Heathrow airport. You should absolutely go and see Dartmoor with Liberty Trails!”

“We have stopped at their Cheldon property twice in the last 2 years for a family break. 8 of us 4 adults 4 children. With the annex there is ample room for us all. The property is perfect, set right on the sea front 100m from the beach. A chip shop, beach front bar, swimming pool and a small store all in walking distance. Burgh island is a 30 minute walk and if you have little ones the sea tractors at high tide to get to and from the pub on the island are a must. A visit to the journeys end inn I would also recommend in the next village about an hour's walk by footpath quite steep but we did it with a push chair and the elder children managed the path. Easy reach of Torquay and Plymouth but as they are Devon roads it does take longer to get about than the distance would indicate even off season. I wouldn't hesitate to use this company again.”

“Thoroughly good experience at Gwel-an-Cay, which we have visited many times in the past. The key collection system worked well, the apartment was in excellent condition, and Cornish Collection very kindly organised the forwarding of a charger which we had left behind. All communications before, during and after our visit were timely, informative and friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more.”

“We felt really welcomed and safe. There was a family atmosphere on board and every consideration was taken to ensure our wellbeing and comfort. Capns Keith and Jake and crew Cam and Emily, were extremely knowledgeable and informative about the local wildlife and it was good to hear about the local coastline and history too. We were very honoured to meet them and feel lucky and grateful to have had this wonderful opportunity. We were extremely fortunate with the weather and were thrilled to see so many seals, porpoises and dolphins and a minke whale too! Seabird sightings were numerous and particularly exciting for Kosmo as he was hoping to see Shearwaters. We saw Great Skua, as well as Gannets, Razorbills and Kittywakes (this is not an exhaustive list!) and we were not expecting to see Chough, which was an extra treat! We thoroughly enjoyed our time on the boat and will definitely book again. “Would definitely recommend the 2 hour wildlife tour. They provide all the kit, including waterproofs and the team were so knowledgeable and great at finding and pointing out all the wildlife. We were lucky enough to see dolphins, jellyfish, seals and puffins. Amazing value for money!”

“Customer service from start to finish was exceptional both in the UK & at Lixouri Bay Beach Club. The beach & hotel teams were amazing and were, like all Kefalonians, super friendly. We had a truly fantastic, fun holiday; met great, like minded people & are already planning our return trip with new friends!! Our 10 year old said it was better than a Disney holiday so what’s not to like? There is something for everyone plus some and the Beach Bites night is not to be missed…”

“A fantastic day out. The Dartmouth Steam Railway is a real gem. It is a perfect mix of nostalgia, stunning scenery, and great organisation. The steam train journey was smooth and scenic, with amazing views of the coastline and countryside. You really feel like you've stepped back in time. We bought the combined ticket for the steam train, ferry, and river cruise, and I highly recommend doing the same. It made the whole experience seamless and really good value for money. Each part of the trip offered something different. The ferry was quick and easy, and the river cruise was relaxing with beautiful views and interesting commentary. Staff were friendly, and everything ran right on time. Whether you're visiting as a couple, family, or on your own, this is such a great way to explore the area. Can’t wait to do it again.”

Courtney went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and answer all questions, I can’t thank her enough for putting my mind at ease that we were making the right choice in where we were going. I had found the holiday online, but then when I went back next day couldn’t find it. I had screen shotted it and showed Courtney and she found it straight away. “Really good cruise, you can combine the steam railway & the river cruise and make a day of it. The river cruise is good & informative, if you're lucky you might spot a seal. Agatha Christie's house looks fabulous & you can get there by boat too, I just didn't have the time!!!”
