Went into the New George Street branch and saw Shelly (Michelle). She helped us book a holiday. She was very knowledgable, efficient and friendly. Cannot fault the service she offered, would highly recommend her to friends and family
My partner and I popped in for some advise regarding booking our Honeymoon next year. Shelly was incredibly kind and enthusiastic and helped us narrow down our search to Greece. She was incredibly informative and gave us many ideas for amazing day trips as well. We came back a few days later to book our honeymoon with Shelly, who remembered us and seemed genuinely happy to be helping us. We look forward to seeing her again soon when we start looking into booking our excursions!

Great service as always from Michelle, always ready to help in any way she can. Very friendly staff throughout the branch, wouldn’t book a holiday without speaking direct with a travel agent. We will be back in 2 weeks to book another holiday for later in the year.
