   Visited Newells Liskeard today, too book flights, Julie and Olivia were very friendly and professional, they made us feel very welcome and gave us lots of info and we're very patient, as we've not been on a flight for many years, they tailored all our flights and hotel together, explaining all the details as they went along, will recommend Newells of Liskeard and will use again for future excursions.    Just had a 5 day break on the Isles of Scilly booked by Olivia at Newells liskeard. A massive thank you Olivia, you thought of everything within our booking from the ferry crossing, our fabulous accommodation at the Atlantic Inn and the comfort throughout for our dog. All in all a perfect holiday . Thank you we will be booking again .

   Our consultant was a lady called Eileen, who was new to the branch, but friendly, with a lot of previous experience in the travel industry. Where Newell's were of great help is in the fact that we knew only vaguely what we wanted, and only roughly our budget, so there was a lot to discuss, a lot to tell us (as it had been a few years since either of us had booked a holiday), and a lot of time taken to narrow down to a choice. A friendly place, with nice staff and an unhurried atmosphere. Hopefully the holiday will measure up. Allowing for that, we would use again, as they are roughly competitive with online prices.

   This is the first time I have used a travel agent in over thirty years, as we have been independent travellers making our own arrangements. I can not recommend this travel agent any higher, we were greeted with a smile and the whole process with the agent (Julie from up north) was very attentive and professional, particularly in fulfilling our requirements. Nothing was to much trouble, Julie customer service was second to non. We were shown many examples of holiday that suited our needs and budget. I will certainly be going back in the future for all my holiday needs.
