Excursions in Plymouth

“Just finished a three day tour of Cornwall with Tour Cornwall’s Tim Uff. What a wonderful experience. Tim knew all the best places to go, the history of the various sites with lots of fun stories to go along with them. We saw the shorelines, quaint fishing villages, cliffs and even got to take a walk on the moors which was a highlight of the trip. He also knows the best place for scones with clotted cream. A lot of our tour was based around areas where several tv shows were filmed. Can’t wait to go back and watch them again now. There’s no way we could have done this kind of trip on our own. “Beautiful place for a walk, the scenery is incredible moreover there are restaurants around with delicious food (and amazing local seafood restaurants). Perfect place to visit if you are in Plymouth also the shopping centre is not far from here”

“Amazing place to visit no matter the weather! There are the inside biomes which are amazing to see in the sun or rain and the wonderful outdoor gardens to see as well. There are great outdoor play areas for kids and if you're feeling adventurous a zip-line that goes over the eden project as well. Definitely worth pre-booking though, to avoid the queues.”

“Went today with a colleague and caught loads of fish it was brilliant. The skipper, Phil, is very helpful and chilled out and was compliant with COVID regulations on wearing a face mask and was honest about the probability of catching fish day to day and you are provided with rods, bait and tutoring. It turns out we caught a decent amount and everyone including the groups with kids enjoyed it; I'd highly recommend it; well worth the money and we got to keep / share the fish we caught as well and take them home in plastic bags provided. There is also a toilet onboard. Good little day out for us both.”
