Booked a holiday in the Paignton branch today, excellent help even with issues with the Tui system not working when trying to book. Amy was brilliant on a face to face service and aditional help, information from other members of the staff very helpful indeed.

Went in at 4pm, booked within the hour. Courtney went above and beyond to make me feel at ease and answer all questions, I can’t thank her enough for putting my mind at ease that we were making the right choice in where we were going. I had found the holiday online, but then when I went back next day couldn’t find it. I had screen shotted it and showed Courtney and she found it straight away. They also have a Facebook page so if you have any questions you can write on there and they reply really quickly too. Highly recommend using TUI Paignton to book your next holiday.
