   We fished with Andy on his boat on May 16th, 2025. What a great day! Andy knew just how to create the perfect trip. We were all properly looked after and Andy provided excellent instruction to my 12 year old son who was new to sea fishing. We fished several marks to ensure a variety of species and we were all thoroughly delighted with the catches. The highlight was the dog fish my son caught just before we had to head back to shore. It absolutely made his day. This wouldn't have been possible without someone like Andy who has a wealth of knowledge and experience. Blue skies, calm seas and light winds topped it all off. A truly memory-making trip for myself, son and my Dad. Thanks, Andy!

   Despite being a cancelled trip due to really bad wind and no one's fault, Andy made this experience really easy and helpful for me. Very good communication with great details, step by step and answered everything I needed to know. I would definitely recommend him for anyone, especially if you are a novice (like me) and want a stress-free experience. Looking forward to go to the next fishing adventure when the weather will be kinder to us. Great service, very impressed.

   Had the best day fishing! Went out for 12 hours which I definately recommened. Very helpful and caring to newbies. Caught tons of fish and I took loads of fish home which was absolutely delicious. They also helped gut our fish for us. We had a lot of fun and want to go again. All very nice and welcoming, would extremely recommend this fishing experience !

   I booked a trip with Andy for a half-day fishing trip and to explore the lighthouse. It was an absolutely amazing experience. My wife and 2 teenage kids loved it. We caught a lot of mackerel and a few other species, learnt about navigation at sea and very interesting facts about Eddystone lighthouse. The day ended so beautifully by being surrounded by a huge shoal of bluefin tuna. A truly memorable day out, highly recommended!

   We had a great trip with Andy , really good equipped prepared boot and helpful at all time. Never did a fishing were the skipper give you a all inclusive help and support. I would recommend him as best in Plymouth and I can’t wait to do it again.

   We booked a family trip (with children and adults) to celebrate a birthday. We were mainly interested in visiting the Eddystone Lighthouse up close as it's got a fascinating history and we are always intrigued seeing it from the shore. Not only did we get a really memorable trip to the harbour and then out to the lighthouse (with excellent local knowledge) but we also enjoyed some fantastic fishing! We were amazed at what we caught with the knowledge and guidance of Andy and Trish. It was an absolutely brilliant trip and really made by the warmth and humour of the crew as well as their knowledge and experience. Communication was very good and everything was well organised but relaxed on the day. Can't recommend Patricia Rose Charters enough!

   A huge thank you to Andy and Trish for a magical day out at sea! We had a smooth trip out to the Eddystone Lighthouse with some great commentary about Plymouth and its naval history. The children (and adults!) were delighted to catch some mackerel, whiting, pollack and other fish for dinner that night. It was a fantastic family day out made fun for everybody thanks to Andy and Trish’s knowledge, patience and good humour! We’ll be back!!
