   I lived here for a bit over a year and cannot recommend it enough. The staff were extraordinary and very helpful/accomodating. The flats are clean, modern, and well equipped. The gym is also a fantastic inclusion. The only slight downside was the 8th floor (top floor) got very warm during the summer so if that isn’t appealing, get a flat on a lower level or get a small aircon unit. Overall I was very pleased with my time at Enigma Square and when it had to come to an end (relocated due to work) they were very clear about what would be deducted from the deposit and left nothing to doubt. Best experience I’ve had renting anywhere and would gladly do it again.

   We had such a great experience living at Enigma Square. The management and maintenance team have been amazing throughout our tenancy. Whenever we reported an issue, they were always quick to respond and offered several solutions until everything was perfectly fixed. They were proactive, reliable, and consistently helpful ,never once leaving things unresolved. A special mention goes to Michelle, Janki, and all the wonderful reception staff. They were always so kind, professional, and welcoming. I truly don’t want to forget anyone, as every single one of them made our stay more enjoyable.

   From the moment Agata gave me a call, I knew we were in good hands. Unlike other agents from other agencies who sent impersonal emails, Agata took the time to call and discuss my requirements, which made all the difference. The entire process of securing a flat rent was incredibly smooth, and we are now eagerly anticipating our move. And Enigma Square is simply stunning. The brand new building is impeccably designed, and every inch of it exudes comfort and sophistication. From the convenient location near the station and shopping centre to the abundance of amenities like the gym, co-working space, private dining, and covered car park, Enigma Square has truly thought of everything. It's as if they designed this apartment complex specifically for us. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Enigma Square and our experience with Agata. Highly recommend.

   What an amazing experience! For someone like me with a busy work life it’s been great. From start to finish it’s been a five star experience - from having keys ready, showing me round, explaining how everything works, taking packages, responsiveness to questions and asks of help, through to helping book dining facilities, and even showing colleagues up to the social area for me. Really really good service that makes the whole product stand out over a normal ‘apartment’. The friendliness, politeness, and can-do attitude of Grace and Kay, who are always happy to help, has amplified my positive experience even further. Easy Comms on WhatsApp both ways notifying me of things and quick answers to my questions too. A friendly helpful smiling team at reception makes a huge difference. Both Kay and Grace are a credit to Enigma and provide a real personal human touch to make life so much easier. Thank you!

   Enigma Square has a special place in my heart due to its convenient location, being in close proximity to grocery stores and other essential amenities. It has been a delightful experience interacting with the amazing Ms. Agata Brennan. She is extremely friendly and always goes above and beyond to cater to our specific needs and requirements. Her professionalism and attention to detail are truly remarkable, and she always manages to find the perfect apartment that suits us perfectly. In addition to Agata, the reception team at Enigma Square is also a big highlight, they are warm and friendly, always putting the customer first and ensuring everyone feels welcomed and taken care of. The customer-oriented approach of the entire team makes the experience of living at Enigma Square truly enjoyable. Overall, Enigma Square is a wonderful place to call home, with a fantastic location and a fantastic team to match!

   Enigma Square is a lovely building located in city center. It is very close to a big shopping mall and has other grocery and amenities nearby. The apartments are lovely and has a wide range of options. Agata and other staff are very helpful and able to assist with any requirements one may have. The building has amenities too like gym and communal areas, so great spaces to do communal activities too.

   ** Review About the Team ** After owning a flat for 6 years, I found myself renting again. The rental market was very difficult and stressful. After searching for months, I came across Enigma Square and wanted to attend their launching event. Matas Sutkus assisted with booking a slot suitable for me on a Saturday and had a good initial chat to understand my situation. The reception team was very friendly and welcoming. I had the impression that living at Enigma Square will be a great experience, because of this team. Jack Howe spent nearly 2 hours explaining everything and showing every single part of this brand new building. The flat I wanted was not yet available, but Jack somehow managed to get it signed off for me and even changed it from unfurnished to furnished. During the referencing process, I faced a major issue. Here comes Jack again, having looked into the issue, he discussed my application with his management and resolved the issue within a few hours. As a result, my stress only lasted less than a day. A big Thanks to Jack. Rebecca Stein and Jessica Howe assisted me with the entire online referencing and tenancy agreement process, ensuring a very smooth experience. So far, it's all looking good and I will be moving in a few weeks. I will update this review, if I face any issue after moving in or just to give an overview of how living at Enigma Square actually feels like.
