“To be honest I don’t know where to start. Lincoln has been first class from day one!! He was recommended from a friend and wow, he did not disappoint. Lincoln went above and way beyond the call of duty to ensure that that the job was done until the end. Fantastic communication. His perseverance was exceptional and I really could not recommend a better person do deal with my property. The company as a whole should hold their heads up high and shout from the roof tops how easy, personal and great to deal with. Once again, a huge thank you! “I often think my luck is bad, but I was very fortunate coming across the Haarts MK buying team, particularly Susan from Sales who managed to get what was a missed opportunity due to unfortunate circumstances over the line. They are a very welcoming bunch, and you'll be in good hands from at least the buyers perspective. Pros + Welcoming and reassuring + Great product options from the mortgage team. I didn't use them on this occasion, but I would recommend them for that extra reassurance + Great communication and diligence during the sales process to push completion inspite of fleeting odds Cons - Only a minor issue that was amicably resolved prior to sale”

“We had a lovely afternoon tea and I was really impressed from the minute I walked in. We received a fabulous greeting as though they'd known us for years and the service from that moment on was absolutely brilliant. The food was delicious and we were offered more sandwiches and top ups on the drinks throughout our visit. The whole area was decorated beautifully and the atmosphere was so friendly and fun. I can't recommend this enough and thank you for a lovely time.”

“It’s in a good business district location. Claim and modern. Typical Marriott and that the service is very friendly and the bed is very comfortable. Plenty of hot water. Like the other moxie brand hotels, the room itself is small, but it certainly workable. The only limitation might be as if you need a larger desk space to work you won’t get it here. There’s a really large amount of common area space on the first floor. Pool tables, and a lot of other amenities which you can see. It’s absolutely crazy how much commentary space is actually. There’s also a very nice workout room with a couple treadmills and plenty of free weights. There’s a couple of restaurants across the street and you can eat at the hotel. There’s also a very large Sainsbury’s across the street for food.”

“I needed a couple of fillings which had come out and my regular dentist kept cancelling on me so from a recommendation from a friend I tried The Hub dental surgery. From the initial call to two new white fillings administered was less than 24 hours , fantastic! The reception staff were exceptional and extremely helpful indeed. Then my dentist 'Sols' and his assistant 'Carpi' explained the treatment very clearly and carried out the procedure quickly and efficiently , plus the quality of the work done is brilliant. Thanks guys , I will be back .”

“A big sbout to Rej at Premier Inn who made our stay at Premier Inn Xscape Milton Keynes absolutely amazing. Friendly, welcoming and really helpful. We've stayed at a few Premier Inn near by but this has definitely been the best. We'll be definitely be coming back, solely because of his warm personality.”

“My husband and I recently had our wedding here, and honestly it could not have been more perfect! The grounds are stunning and peaceful. The small Georgian manor itself is picturesque and intimate. However, what makes Woughton House really homely is their polite and friendly staff. Matthew, in particular, was absolutely brilliant in ensuring we had the best day! He went above and beyond, even getting one of our guests extra lamb chops from the kitchen when it had run out at the buffet station. Compliments also to the chef, as all our guests thoroughly enjoyed their food, especially the chicken! If there’s only one thing the hotel could do for future bride and grooms, it would be to ensure room service is available and that breakfast can still be served after 10am to the newlyweds. Overall, a very positive experience and I’m so pleased we chose this as our venue.”

“We have just had a lovely three night stay and we asked for rooms next to our friends and our needs were met. The staff are all friendly and helpful and always happy to help. The breakfast was included in the price and was very nice. We had lovely meals at the Harvester which is situated in the car park. There is lots to do in the area so that kept us busy. We enjoyed our stay here so much we didn’t want to leave so we will definitely be returning.”

“Fantastic stay! Brilliant location, right in the middle of town with everything around you. Very clean Hotel. The rooms were very impressive too! Only thing I would say is I must have heard 5 plus staff drop plates and glasses, seemed very noticeable and often.”

“Stayed here for a couple of nights rooms were clean and tidy, asked for air conditioning to be put on you have to give them your room number and they do it from downstairs, you need your room key In the room for it to work we had it on all night as room was very stuffy and windows don't open. It was OK for us but others might not like it, only thing was parking i think it should be included in the price, however £8 for 24 hours wasn't that bad.”

The rooms are consistently spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with very comfortable beds that guarantee a good rest. Breakfast offers excellent variety and quality, and the hotel’s location is truly convenient, situated in a safe area with shops and restaurants nearby, just minutes from ASDA, and with easy access to the highway. Importantly, I have always been acknowledged and valued as a Diamond member during each stay. This recognition, combined with the hotel’s excellent standards, has made it one of my top choices whenever I need accommodation”

“We reached out to trail finders to help add a relaxing holiday onto an existing trip. We spoke to Tracey who was very knowledgable and incredibly helpful. After understanding what we liked, and disliked, she advised on the different options we should consider, as well as those that would avoid 1 way flights and thus keep the cost down. After picking the area we wanted to go, Tracey was thorough in finding the best places and trips to make our holiday extra special. We weren’t the easiest customer, looking to explore different versions and options, but Tracey was super friendly, helpful and flexible throughout, working hard to find cost effective solution, not focusing on problems, to allow us to get exactly what we were looking for. If you’re looking to book a holiday, then I’d advise making a beeline for Tracey. Our holiday looks incredible and I very much believe it’s that much better for having Tracey helping us. “I had a great stay at this hotel! Everything was very clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful – definitely 5 stars for cleanliness and service. The location is also very good (4 stars), close to many attractions, but it could use a few more parking spots for guests. Overall, highly recommended!”

“We recently stayed at the Mercure, Milton Keynes, while visiting a friend. The hotel is immaculately clean, modern and in a great location. The staff were all super friendly and attentive. Our room was on the ground floor quite close to reception. And although the room was spacious and clean, we found the bed to be a tad uncomfortable, perhaps because it's a linked bed. Nothing major but worth noting. During the night there was a dripping noise, presumably from the air-conditioning unit, which again was bearable but could be an issue to some. We stayed in the autumn but I'm sure in the summer, the AC would be very welcome. The rooms were cleaned daily, although one day our room seemed to have been half done. Towels were changed and bathroom cleaned but the bed not made up or coffee sachets left. This was rectified by reception, so once again not a problem. The rooms have multiply sockets, with USB points which is a luxury in itself. We didn't eat in the restaurant but the bar food was delicious and more than ample. We have an EV and although the chargers weren't working while we were there, there were plenty of high speed chargers in MK. My husband and I would definitely stay here again, the issues I've mentioned are very minor so please don't let these out you off staying at this hotel.”

“A wonderful place to stay if you are in Stony Stratford! The hotel carries its own history within the town, and the people are incredibly welcoming and lovely. I initially booked for two nights but ended up extending my stay with zero hassle. The pub is an experience in itsel, you’ll meet friendly locals who welcome you with open arms and great conversations. The food is also fantastic, delicious, hearty, and filling. Such a charming place full of great people. Definitely a must-visit if you’re ever in town! ☺️”

“We were so well looked after over the 3 nights we had our stay. Kim & Joe were so quick to sort things out when we needed them too, which was much appreciated. The rooms are a little tired, but that is no reflection on the service we received from the staff. The location is excellent to get to the MK stadium, just 5 minutes or so.”

“My wife Linda and I have stayed many times at the Swan and always found it a pleasure. Linda is waiting for a hip operation and finds it very difficult to get comfortable in bed. Consequently she often has to sleep in a chair. We stayed two nights recently and when we mentioned this to the housekeping staff they went out of their way to help, They brought other chairs from elsewhere in the hotel, provided an extra duvet and suggested ways of making Linda comfortable. Thank you very much to them all.”

“Had a fantastic weekend at The Bell for our annual family meet up. The staff were fantastic and worked so hard to ensure our party of 12 were looked after in the bar, at dinner and breakfast. A great place to stay and eat in the a lovely Bedfordshire village.”

“We had a great stay at this Premier Inn and its location to get into the shopping centre was superb. We had a top floor premier plus room and had absolutely no noise and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and staff very very good especially Kwabena who checked us in and explained the car park. Car parking was no issue but we did arrive early to ensure we could get a space. Overall a very good stay.”

“Good experience. Room was big, gym was certainly adequate and sauna absolutely fine. Chicken caesar salad was over drenched with dressing, but apart from that it was delicious.”

“Fabulous room and location. I eat in the restaurant first night and the menu didn’t really have anything I fancied so I just ordered the chicken wings. They were greasy and soggy so I left most of them. Waiter was very attentive. Plenty of decent restaurants very nearby so I ate out for the rest of the time. Lovely hotel. Beds extremely comfortable and I loved having six high quality pillows. Would stay again. Very convenient for train station.”

“Stayed here as attending a wedding reception very close by. Excellent location with super parking. Lovely room and a comfortable bed. Breakfast fine but not a massive choice. Overall a very good choice of lodgings.”

“Had an overnight stay in Woburn last weekend. Longs provided a friendly and cosy place to stay for the night at incredible value. Highly recommended. The only small negative was that I was looking forward to a cooked breakfast that was advertised when I booked however when leaving the building at about 09.00am on a Sunday there were no staff on duty and definitely no smells of food being cooked. I guess I just picked a bad day but never mind.”
