I had a wonderful experience at Premier Inn, thanks to the exceptional service from the receptionist, Kwabena. He was incredibly helpful, supportive, and professional throughout my stay. His friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile truly made a difference and made me feel welcomed and valued as a guest. Brilliant customer service like this is rare and deserves special appreciation. Thank you, Kwabena, for making my stay so pleasant!

I have to say, probably one of the best premier inns i have had the pleasure of staying at. The gentleman at the bar Tony was an absolute super star. Nothing was too much and remembered my order and was very diligent ensuring my stay was comfortable and welcoming. Parking is simple, first two rows are horizon parking, the back 2 rows are red bays. Easy check in and caring staff, couldn't ask for anything more.

We had a great stay at this hotel as the service was great and all the staff were friendly. However one staff stood out in particular (I’m not sure of her name). But we arrived early on the 21st and she was able to get us checked in early and didn’t charge the £15 fee since it was Christmas. It was such a lovely gesture and it was greatly appreciated, we will be back

We had a great stay at this Premier Inn and its location to get into the shopping centre was superb. We had a top floor premier plus room and had absolutely no noise and it was very comfortable. The breakfast was amazing and staff very very good especially Kwabena who checked us in and explained the car park. Car parking was no issue but we did arrive early to ensure we could get a space. Overall a very good stay.

I had a brilliant stay, greeted by a gentleman named william who gave us a lovely welcoming. He was very quick at checking us in and made it funny and made us feel comfortable as wewas nervous as it was our first time going to a hotel! Our eggs, sausages, bacon and mushrooms was cooked beautifully. Our server was a lovely young girl who was very friendly. Perfect location your on top of the city centre and many places to go. All in all 5 stars from us and we look forward to planning another stay.

We had a long journey from London and needed a place to rest and refresh so we can continue our journey. Premier Inn was a brand we agreed would be able to facilitate our needs. From the minute we walked in till we decided to leave the service received was amazing! The person the served us (withheld for data protection reasons) was very polite and the level of energy was so helpful! We received the advice we required. The person went the extra mile and told us about the anticipated disturbances for the morning which might even interrupt the call I was on. I would highly recommend this hotel! Oh and the breakfast was also magical; as expected!!! :-)

Payed a little but more for a Premier inn Plus room at this hotel and its definitely worth doing. Still a lot cheaper than the expensive hotels in the area however the standards was on par with them. Me and boyfriend stayed here as we went theatre in the evening. Had dinner out and back to hotel for drinks. We bought drinks with us and got use out of the mini fridge and bottle opener (love when hotels do this). Parking cost us £5 overnight. We had extra pillows, air con, even the toiletries used in the bathroom was more premium rather than the standard soaps. Self check in very easy they did have a lady behind the desk for support or questions if you had any. Didn't eat breakfast so no comment on the food. Overall had a great stay here and will book Premier inn Plus again in the future.

Fantastic location as it's right in centre where you can reach both shopping centres walking The only downside is the loud music at night sometimes but it's not enough to put off using this hotel. As usual, comfy beds with a lovely sofa bed for our toddler and the cotbed for our infant was as expected. Breakfast was good, very helpful staff but it's mainly English breakfast, some pastries, jams and a small selection of cereals and pancakes

Worst experience I've received from premier Inn, possibly ever. Rude & obnoxious night staff that were unhelpful. After the heatwave we endured in the summer, what hotel doesn't have a fan? The room was over 25° when I got into, and he claimed they only had AC. This took over an hour to cool down, and really is not my idea of a good night rest. In fairness, the rest of the room was pleasant, as you'd expect from a new premier Inn hotel. Then to check out, the surely staff member (new shift, but do you see the pattern here?) Refused to print out a copy of the room bill, despite being asked three times, and couldn't get the convoluted parking payment system to work properly. For a large town like Milton Keynes it is well situated, but the service from the staff left a lot to be desired. Be warned...

Bulk standard Premier Inn, decent beds and rooms. Always pretty good and fair value for money. Check in is now all automated, so no experience with the staff. However, limited parking and £5 for 24 hours. We had to park across the road and paid £5.70 for the same. Also, the hotel is right next to Popworld (a club). So this means that there is music which reverberates through the building. I could hear it most of the night.
