A wonderful and well located hotel with an excellent swimming pool. Ideal for a short break and near to Central Milton Keynes. Our eleventh visit to this hotel over a couple of years. Friendly and attentive staff. Consistent levels of service. Cleanliness throughout is never of concern. Free car parking makes this a very attractive option. Price for the accommodation is spot-on and make this the go-to hotel for us.

Business trip in the area. Novotel at an acceptable level for a business trip, condition in the average, not outstanding as the lobby and rooms should be refreshed at some point. The restaurant is useful if you don't want to move outside of the area. Food is correct, but limited choice. Good quality anyway. The staff is smiling and pleasant with customers. Rooms are quiet, good A/C. Nice pool and gym facilities. Overall a good stay.

We received a very spacious room which is a huge advantage. We travel with a small dog and he barks when he hears noises. So it’s not soundproof. However, the bathroom has a good soundproof door compared to other hotels like ibis or easyhotel. The toiletries are Rituals and they are nice to use. Overall, good.

We stayed for two nights and the hotel was okay. The room was comfortable, coffee and tea were provided. The corridors were very noisy even late at night. Children were allowed by their parents to run up and down the corridors and make a horrific amount of noise. Be careful when you go to the pool. The pool facilities are wonderful, but some families don’t book in the hotel when they’re supposed to meaning the pool can get very full and children are not monitored properly. This needs monitoring more we feel by the staff at the hotel. The staff were lovely and made the hotel stay nice as they were very accommodating. The hotel is quite far away from anything, so be prepared to drive to anything you need to get to or be a person who is comfortable with a long walk. The rooms are a little out-dated.

The location is ideally situated just outside of the town centre and just a few minutes to the shopping mall or pubs and restaurants via Uber taxi for reasonable price. There's ample parking around the hotel. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The staff were very friendly and polite. The food from the menu was really nice but slightly dear. Only negatives are: the orange juice for breakfast is in fact squash and not real orange juice. The selection of draught beers was very limited and not notable brands except for Guinness. And the concept of being cashless is not very convenient. Otherwise our stay was very nice!

Good place to crash for a couple of days. Well located. Good pool. Breakfast was terrible. Luke warm with Anemic sausages. You will get a parking fine even after registering your car. Zara will not be helpful, Zara will pretend she is doing you a favour, Zara will put the responsibility of resolving the parking ticket on to you even though you are not to blame. Zara needs to understand the customer is not responsible for their companies/ partners mistakes.

I stayed at the Novotel as I had an event booked in one of the function room. The function room was immaculately prepared and presented. The Event Manager, Lays, was very helpful and informative in all communication leading up to the function. The hotel room and bathroom were very nice, spacious, comfortable, and clean. The restaurant and bar are nice and cosy, with a good menu and family-friendly spaces in the lobby with entertainment for young children. The swimming pool was a nice small family-friendly pool. Didn't use the gym but it looked good. All staff were lovely, very friendly and helpful. All for good value. Will stay here again and would recommend others to do so.

We came with as couple and a baby. We had an executive room which was very nice and with a nespresso machine although we didn't use it. Bathroom was a decent size with a bath and shower. It also had a very comfortable sofa. They provided us with a baby cot which was clean and adequate and our baby slept well in it. It didnt seem overused at all. Our room was clean and tidy. The hotel lobby in parts and restaurant have a lovely thick carpet which feels brilliant underfoot. Reception staff were pleasant and check in was easy. Restaurant is an absolute gem, with great meals in the evening and the staff especially Anjuman could not do enough for us and our baby. She is an absolute credit to the hotel. She kept our baby entertained with crayons and puzzles. Its shame there was not a tip option when paying by card Swimming pool is heated and cosy and the sauna was very clean. We didnt not use the gym so cannot comment on that.

Good experience. Room was big, gym was certainly adequate and sauna absolutely fine. Chicken caesar salad was over drenched with dressing, but apart from that it was delicious.

Reasonable hotel that caters well to families, so expect kids if you stay. Restaurant is fairly decent. Has a nice pool, though we didn't have time to use it. Staff were all excellent and helpful. Plenty of parking on site, but make sure you register for an electronic permit once you arrive.
