   I would highly recommend LOCAL Estate Agent MK. Lincoln and Helen provide an excellent service to both buyers and sellers at a very reasonable cost. Lincoln’s enthusiasm, expertise and local knowledge, coupled with his friendly and flexible attitude is second to none. LOCAL can deliver everything that the larger ‘High Street’ agents can, but with the addition of the personal touch of an agent who really cares about people, and has a passion for what he does.    We used Local Estate Agent to sell our house, earlier in the year. Lincoln was polite, friendly, understanding and really good at explaining the whole process. The listing in Rightmove was really professionally done and the photos were excellent, with plenty of them. Any changes that we requested were accommodated and made, so we felt that we had a level of control, which other larger estate agents wouldn't let you have. Within a short amount of time, we had several viewings and some serious interest in the house, which ultimately lead to a sale which went through. Throughout the process, Lincoln was very contactable (even out of normal office hours) and was able to help, when required. I wholeheartedly recommend Local Estate Agent. A professional outfit with a human touch.

   Highly recommend Lincoln! I couldn't speak more highly of him. Just go with Lincoln, he makes life easy anc the process comfortable. He's always available, not only in working hours, but also outside those hours, I was not expecting his reply in evenings but he did. My purchase had some issues with the legal stuff, and I still feel unreasonable that an agent is more helpful than a solicitor on legal matters...My solicitor only do their job, more specifically, only wait, never take extra any considerations and actions benefit to me or discuss with me. And that was what Lincoln has done. I would have saved months if the solicitor were acting in the same way. It was really good that you can still reach to someone when things are not going as expected. He is helpful on things beyond his duty, if you are looking for someone reliable, honest, I would say Lincoln is the person you want on your side. Just saw so many others have praised him, I think he doesn't mind to have one more.

   In February this year we decided to sell our home in Northants in order to move closer to family and friends in north Bucks. Our home was marketed by Lincoln Bedeau from LOCAL estate agent. From the first meeting with Lincoln who showed us around a couple of houses in the desired area, we were impressed by his easy manner, his professionalism and his clear experience in the industry. Having moved home on numerous previous occasions our experience of estate agents was not great, but Lincoln was like a breath of fresh air. He very quickly gained our confidence and guided us seamlessly through what is usually a very daunting process. Lincoln’s attention to detail and expert photographic skills were in our opinion a big factor in achieving a sale at the asking price within 3 days of the advertisement on Rightmove, and throughout the long process involved he always made himself available for advice and support, even when we needed to contact him late in the evening and occasionally at weekends. During the process involving a long and complicated conveyancing chain, we would perhaps have thrown in the towel without Lincoln’s calm and confident support, and I am pleased to say that we eventually managed a successful move to a new home that we are very happy with. I can honestly say that it is in no small part due to the huge support from our wonderful estate agent, whom we have now come to think of as a friend. Thank you Lincoln. You have restored our faith in the estate agency profession.

   To be honest I don’t know where to start. Lincoln has been first class from day one!! He was recommended from a friend and wow, he did not disappoint. Lincoln went above and way beyond the call of duty to ensure that that the job was done until the end. Fantastic communication. His perseverance was exceptional and I really could not recommend a better person do deal with my property. The company as a whole should hold their heads up high and shout from the roof tops how easy, personal and great to deal with. Once again, a huge thank you!    This is the second time we've used Local Estate Agent, first for our house, second for selling my mum's house. Both Bertie and Mitch were fantastic. Mitch in particular had to deal with a lot of problems when selling my mum's house, but he dealt with all the issues in a professional and helpful manor, he certainly earnt his money on this one!!!
