Really good example of an Express. It has a harvester over the road as well. Lots of parking, clean rooms of a good size. Breakfast is good with takeaway coffee available as well as takeaway bags. Staff were friendly, and efficient and check in , check out. Also IHG Status is recognised if you have it.

From past experience with holiday inn’s they haven’t been very good, but this one exceeded all expectations!! The hotel room was better than some luxury hotels! The bed was comfy! The room was clean & dust free! Bathroom spotless! Unlike some! We are very very happy and will be back again when we are in the area! ☺️ oh and service is amazing!!

In an industrial estate with a Harvester next door. Plenty parking, but signs everywhere reminding you to not leave valuables in your car suggests unwelcome visitors. The room was OK, smaller than I was expecting and without a bath. The air-conditioning was noisy. Plug socket for hair drier at ground level, which was odd. Single swivel chair was dirty and could do with a deep clean or replacing. I left my do not disturb sign on the door when we were out, upon our return our beds had been made, dirty glasses not replaced and a pile of used towles left in a heap on the floor. Very odd, I can only assume the sign had fell off, but why half the job? Buffet breakfast plentiful, the staff were really nice and helpful, because of them 4 stars.

We stayed at Holiday Inn Express Milton Keynes, Eastlake Park on 28 August 2025. Check-in was efficient, and the reception staff were friendly and welcoming. The room was clean, well-presented, and comfortable, with everything we needed for a pleasant overnight stay. The bed was comfortable, and we woke up feeling refreshed. Breakfast the next morning was excellent, with a good variety of hot and cold options, all fresh and well-prepared. The staff serving breakfast were polite and attentive. This hotel is convenient, reliable, and perfect for a short stay or stopover. We had a very pleasant experience and would be happy to stay again.

We have just had a lovely three night stay and we asked for rooms next to our friends and our needs were met. The staff are all friendly and helpful and always happy to help. The breakfast was included in the price and was very nice. We had lovely meals at the Harvester which is situated in the car park. There is lots to do in the area so that kept us busy. We enjoyed our stay here so much we didn’t want to leave so we will definitely be returning.

A great hotel to spend a couple of nights. We had a double room, 2 single needs. Room was clean, comfortable bed and hot shower. Everything we needed. Breakfast was included and the breakfast is fantastic. Selection of hot food, selection of cereals, pastries etc. All you can eat and as much coffee or juices as you can drink. Our room cost us £63 a night, well worth the money. Will gladly stay there again.

Great value for money. Staff friendly and helpful. Rooms well maintained and beds comfortable. Breakfast had everything we needed. We will use holiday inn express again in other places, let’s hope they are as good as this one.

Had great difficulty finding the hotel due two closures on the M1 and one end of the road the hotel was on,being closed. Having said that the staff were excellent and very helpful. They allocated a room which was suitable for my wife who has mobility problems. The room was excellent, the beds were comfortable and we had a good night's sleep. Breakfast was good with plenty of choices of both hot and cold food. The reception staff were again very helpful and friendly. I would recommend this hotel.

Reasonable 3 star IHG Hotel with friendly staff. Rooms are good size, but could do with some TLC in some areas. In our recent visit, despite being a platinum IHG rewards member, we still had flaking paint on the bathroom ceiling. Breakfast is complementary for all rooms, however whilst the bacon, sausages and beans are good they only seem to serve powdered scrambled eggs and no fried. A bit of a shame as this would make an okay breakfast great IMHO.

Outstanding value hotel with a deceivingly great room. Was £25 cheaper than “budget” hotels on the night we stayed! We stayed here probably about 5 years ago and recall no issues. On arrival this time noticed the exterior is looking a little dated. However, greatest on a busy Saturday by a friendly member of staff who obliged our request for a top floor room. Rooms have been renovated perhaps on the last few years. Our room had a sofa bed which doubled as a sofa. Was spotlessly clean and perfectly adequate. Slept like a log with a great duvet and blackout curtains. The breakfast is great, a simple selection (hot items: sausage, bacon, scrambled egg and beans) which was constantly replenished and plentiful. The buffet is absolutely brilliant considering the price paid for room. Will not hesitate to book again!
