One of the nicest premier inn hotels we have stayed in. Rooms clean and large. All public areas clean too smelling fresh. The bed however was really hard and not comfortable really but was so tired I slept ok. But if you don’t like a firm bed you might struggle. Breakfast was very good and the restaurant area was lovely. The area around the hotel is very pretty with the lake and good for a walk around. Small Sainsbury’s 2 mins away in the car. Would stay here again.

We stayed 2 nights and honestly, this place is great because of the people. The room was seriously big, clean, and the bed was fantastic. The best part, though, was the staff—they were all genuinely sound, especially Janos, who was brilliant and super helpful. It’s right by the lake, which is lovely for a walk. Just remember to pay the parking charge straight away!

Early October, we visited the hotel as a couple and as we always have good memories of the place. As usual, premier inn lived up to expectations. Service, breakfast and rooms especially lake view never disappointed... will definitely return to Premier Inn

Stayed here for a couple of nights rooms were clean and tidy, asked for air conditioning to be put on you have to give them your room number and they do it from downstairs, you need your room key In the room for it to work we had it on all night as room was very stuffy and windows don't open. It was OK for us but others might not like it, only thing was parking i think it should be included in the price, however £8 for 24 hours wasn't that bad.

I have stayed at Premier Inn Willen lake a few times. However, my most recent stay(August 2025) has put me off. I liked this hotel because it was new and modern and the rooms I've stayed in previously have been clean and in good condition. We were allocated to room 205. When we went in we noticed the print canvas coming off the wall, the TV remote had some of the buttons picked out of it so you couldn't use it, the desk had deep scratches all over it, there was a screw drilled into the wall randomly and the headboard was not secure, it was hanging off the wall. I went downstairs and the woman on reception was helpful and moved us in to room 206. However, I noted that they must have just allocated our old room, 205, out to some other guests. So no actual maintenance or repairs carried out. Just trying their luck with other guests to see if they'd complain or not bother. Room 206 was in better condition than 205. Although the drains need to be cleaned and also the extractor fan in the bathroom did not work. It seems that Premier Inn do not maintain their hotels and just let them go so that they end up being shabby and ruined. Yet their customers have to pay the same price (if not more) for pot luck of if their hotel room is going to be in an OK condition. I've seen this happen with the Premier Inn Eastern esplanade Southend on Sea. This used to be a lovely, modern, new hotel. Now it's gone to the dogs. I'm really hoping Willen lake Premier Inn doesn't go the same way as well.

I liked the room we stayed in it was one of the newly updated ones meaning a nicer shower area and newer TV with connectivity options. The location is ideal for Willen Lake visitors and it is about a 12 minute drive from the Centre MK. There is a Brewers Fayre on location if you chose to eat and not travel into the centre. Parking is chargeable and reasonable and there are lot more bays than the Premier Inn hotels closer to town. Friendly check in stafg and overall I would stay there again.

A lovely space to stay whilst visiting friends. Can tell the hotel is new as well decorated and maintained throughout. Breakfast (at the brewers fayre next door) was okay but not as good as usual standards, could be due to them catering to walk ins as well and the volume of people. Would stay again!

Lovely new hotel. Room and bathroom was clean and very quiet during our 3 night stay. Was situated next to Willen Lake which had number of activities that kept my 7 year old entertained and conveniently within 5 minute walking distance to Gulliver land!. I will certainly return.

Booked a family room for me and my two kids. Room was spotlessly clean and we all had a superb 10 hour sleep. Lovely views of Willen Lake for a run or walk round. Breakfast was great. Can't fault the place really. The £4 parking surcharge was odd but can't really complain.

Not happy having to pay for parking especially when your staying overnight. They say it’s nothing to do with them but they won’t hesitate to inform the parking services your staying there this lets the place down
