   I’ve had a really good experience with this letting agency. Communication has always been clear, friendly, and fast. Whenever I had a question or needed help with something in the property, they were supportive and handled things professionally. Everyone I’ve spoken to has been polite and easy to deal with, which made the whole renting process feel smooth and stress-free. I really appreciate the way they take care of both the tenants and the property. Overall, a reliable and friendly agency. I would definitely recommend them!

   I have never experienced such poor service in any business I have worked with. We lost 100s of pounds due to their ineffective service. The agents are lazy, poorly informed, poor communicators and have never (we discover now) acted in our best interests. Awful

   I have recently go the keys to my new property and the service I have received from Louise throughout the whole process has been amazing. She responded very quickly, she was able to work around my work schedule to make the whole experience a lot easier for me and even manager to bring my move in date sooner! She was a great help and very friendly and polite. I would recommend Louise and Belvoir, when looking to move!! Thank you again!!

   I've been renting through Belvoir since 2017, my experience has been friendly and helpful. They visit a couple of times a year to check on the place / give you around a months heads up of when they want to visit. If you ever have an issue they have a cool system which prompts types of issues and a form to fill out, once you've done it generally someone will pop in and fix whenever suits you. No complaints my side / all good.
