We went to InflataTots and my 3 year old absolutely loved it. It was great for her to be able to safely explore the main area without the worry of bigger kids knocking her over constantly. The designated Under 4s area is very small and she got bored in there really quickly, but the main arena kept her busy for the full hour. Lots to explore and we were both thoroughly exhausted by the end! They have lockers to rent (£5 for 2 hours for the biggest locker available which felt like a rip off), and free shoe store boxes if you're not bothered about keeping valuables secure. Hygiene was my major concern with this place though. 2 out of 3 toilets out of order, no hand soap in the dispensers, no hand sanitizer in the dispensers anywhere either, and areas of the arena were visibly grimey/ripped/dirty. I had to keep a close eye on my daughter to make sure she didn't put her hands in her mouth before we got chance to give them a good scrub. I didn't try the café so can't comment on that. Overall a really fun morning and it was great for my under 4, but it really needs some TLC deep cleaning and regular checks on hygiene stations.

I genuinely cannot belive what i have been told. So carers tickets can not be done online, so the night before I sent an email asking for a way to add them on. I then went and booked for 5 children, they have a code on for discount also so it went down to £61 pound. I then received an email with a phone number to add carers tickets. So I called up and asked politely if I could add carers tickets to my booking, there response was the time slot is full, I said okay so what can I do now. She then said I can move your booking to 1pm, I said thats great thank you. She then proceeds to say we can only move your booking once, she said this twice, I said yes I am aware of this i am not moving them for any other reason other than the fact you just told me to so I can add carers. She then said actually the under 4 area is fully booked so now we wont be able to add you on. I said okay so what can I do now, she them went to speak to her manager, she then proceeds to say we can move you to 5pm, I said I cannot do 5pm as I have disabled children. She then proceeds to say we wont be able to add carers tickets and you used the "promotional discount" no more discounted tickets are allowed to the booking. I was gobsmacked, carers tickets are being treated as a discounted ticket, when if my children did not have a disability then I would just be free spectator anyway!. She then went of again and said i have been authorised to give you a refund. Should be ashamed.

I really do not know what to even say!! I paid just shy of £120 for 4 kids and 2 adults and I swear, I saw less of my partner than I did the kids! Honestly, this was the most epic chaotic day we've had in ages!!! 11/10

We’ve been twice and have found it’s a great experience for all ages. We took our toddler (just under 2) to the toddler session on a Sunday morning the second time which was better for her. It felt perfectly safe. non of us stopped laughing for the full hour. I definitely recommend booking in advance and doing the waiver forms before you come to save time. The cafe is reasonably priced. We usually spend about 1.5 hours here.

Excellent place for kids to play around and to host birthday parties. They have a cafe with the selection of food items and drinks for both kids and grown-ups. They also have a safety locker to keep your belongings safe. Would definitely recommend!!!

Not bad at all, reasonable price, good variety on the inflatable, very pleasant staff... Maybe could be a little cleaner but it is busy so not simple! Cafe with usual selection of drinks and snacks, fair prices and service with a smile Will no doubt return many times

Good place to take the children. Booking in advance is useful when combined with a voucher code. Only downside is that there is no indication if the session is busy or not on the website. The hour after our session was incredibly quiet so it would be good to know or have an idea which slot is quieter.
